No WhatsApp voice notes, no email chains, no manual ledger. Every job arrives as a structured request with the vehicle, the services and the file, and moves through one pipeline.

File lands
Customer or sub-dealer uploads through the wizard, vendor slave formats and raw bench/boot reads: bin, ori, zip, dat, sgo and more.
STEP 02
Auto-identification
The file self-IDs: ECU model, SW# / HW#, VIN, reading method. The vehicle is pre-filled; mismatches are flagged before you waste a minute.
STEP 03
One-click decrypt
An AutoTuner or Alientech KESS3 slave file → plain BIN through your own master account, fully automatic. Magic Motorsport and IXI Center files decrypt through the IXI Bridge (WinOLS engine or guided); bFlash automation is coming soon. Raw bench/boot reads are already plain, they skip this step. Already-seen files come from cache.
STEP 04
Tune & deliver
You work the BIN in your own editor. If a finished tune already matches, it re-delivers in seconds. The result re-encrypts back into the vendor envelope when it arrived locked, plain BINs deliver as plain BINs.
STEP 05
Paid & documented
Credits auto-deduct on submission. VAT-correct PDF invoice, branded tuning certificate and dyno sheet go out with the completion email.

Your vendor’s web panel decrypts files, it doesn’t bill your dealers, brand your portal or track revisions. TunerSuite connects your own master accounts and folds decrypt → tune → re-encrypt into the request itself: the file arrives, opens as a plain BIN, and goes back inside the correct vendor envelope when you deliver. Prepaid credits with automatic deduction the moment a request is submitted, no chasing payments after delivery. Dealers and customers top up themselves through Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago or Razorpay; every top-up produces a correct invoice on its own.

Questions tuners actually ask
Do I need a master tool for the vendor connectors?
The connectors authenticate with your vendor accounts, an AutoTuner master or an Alientech KESS3 master with linked slaves for fully automatic decrypt; a WinOLS key (or a guided step) for Magic Motorsport and IXI Center files; bFlash automation is coming soon. No master tool? The portal still runs your whole file service, you just handle encrypted slave files the way you do today.
Does the AI write tuning files?
No, and you should distrust anyone who claims theirs does. TunerSuite’s AI identifies files, pre-fills vehicles, and re-delivers tunes you have already finished when a matching request comes in. The tuning is yours; the logistics are automated.
Are there per-file fees or commissions?
None. No per-file fee, no percentage of your sales, no “credit packs” payable to us. The £699 setup and the £49.99/month are the whole cost of the software. (Vendor API decrypts are between you and your tool vendor, and the built-in cache means a file you’ve already decrypted never costs you twice.)
Who owns my data?
You do, in the most literal sense. Self-hosted means the MySQL database and every customer file sit on your own server. Full export at any time. If you stop dealing with us tomorrow, your portal keeps running.
How do sub-dealer portals actually work?
Each dealer gets a fully branded portal, their domain, logo and pricing. Their customers upload there and see only their brand. Files route to your master queue; you tune once; the finished file flows back automatically, re-encrypted for the dealer’s tool. You bill the dealer wholesale (flat, per-mod or per-credit) from their prepaid wallet.
Can it remove DTCs automatically?
The DTC Editor gives you a 113-code P-code database, live search, and one-click suggestions of which codes a given modification needs, saved as a worklist on the request. You mask the codes in your own editor; the portal keeps the record. We don’t pretend software can safely auto-patch a BIN it has never seen.
What does it run on?
Your own server: any Linux host with PHP 8.2+ and MySQL 8 or MariaDB, a modest VPS runs it comfortably. Or skip servers entirely with managed hosting on our infrastructure in Germany, the UK or Romania from £49.99/month. Either way, installation is handled for you.
Languages and currencies?
11 languages built in (EN, RO, DE, FR, IT, ES, TR, FI, HI, PL, PT-BR), customers get emails and notifications in their own language. Any currency, your VAT rules in 25 countries, and you can rename “credits” to whatever your market calls them.
Can I migrate from my current portal?
Yes, customer accounts, credit balances and vehicle data move over with our help, included with the license. Most migrations complete within days, and your customers keep their balances to the penny.
