Common questions

Can I remove all TunerSuite branding?
Yes, completely. There is no “powered by” footer, no vendor logo, and no external branding on any customer-facing screen, email or invoice. The portal carries your name and identity only.
Can I run it on my own domain?
Yes. Point a domain or subdomain, for example files.your-shop.com, at your installation. Customers only ever see your address; there is no “tunersuite” anything in the URL.
Can I change the colours to match my brand?
Yes. Choose a ready-made palette or set your own primary and accent colours, with separate control for dark and light mode. Add your logo, favicon and a social-preview image from the same Branding panel, no code required.
Do my invoices and emails show my brand?
Yes. PDF invoices carry your logo, company name, registered address and VAT / tax number. Order and status emails use your logo and name too. Everything the customer receives looks like it came from your shop.
Do customers know it's TunerSuite underneath?
No. Nothing on the customer side names or links to a third-party platform. As far as your customers are concerned, it is your own software.
Is white-label an extra add-on?
No. Full white-label branding is included in every TunerSuite Ultra license at no extra cost, whether you self-host or use our managed hosting.
Can I offer both light and dark mode to my customers?
Yes. The portal follows each customer's device preference automatically, and you can expose an in-header toggle so they can switch whenever they like. Your brand colours are applied to both.
