What hardware do I need for Stage 2?
At minimum, a performance exhaust system (usually decat or sports cat) is required. A performance air intake and upgraded intercooler are recommended for the best results and reliability.
How much more power than Stage 1?
Stage 2 typically adds another 10-20% on top of Stage 1 gains. The exact figure depends on your hardware modifications and engine platform.
Can I run Stage 2 on a stock exhaust?
No. Stage 2 maps assume reduced backpressure from an upgraded exhaust. Running a Stage 2 map on a stock exhaust can cause overboost, high EGT, and potential damage.
Is Stage 2 safe for daily driving?
