  • Square is now a built-in payment option.28 Jun
  • Square webhooks are fully wired.28 Jun
  • You can now set your own prices for Express and Urgent requests. Settings Hub → Request Priority Options has two new fields for the Express and Urgent multipliers (for example ×1.5 and ×2). The file request wizard, the live price preview and the priority-change screen all use whatever you set; leave a field blank to keep the standard default.25 Jun
  • When you upload a revised file, the portal now checks its size against the decrypted source immediately and warns you — before you submit — if they don't match, so an accidental full-read upload is caught up front instead of failing after the upload.24 Jun
  • A Portal Owner can now manage their own customers from the Users area — view accounts, edit profile details, top up or adjust balances, and approve or reject new sign-ups. Privileged actions (changing a user's role, suspending or deleting an account) remain administrator-only.24 Jun
  • Clearer confirmation when a sub-portal records an offline balance payment: the message now states the network operator will confirm it once the funds are received.24 Jun
  • The network operator can decide whether new client sign-ups require approval on managed sub-portals, and optionally lock that choice so it applies consistently across the network.23 Jun
  • New login page layout switch (Settings → Appearance → Login page layout → "Simple login page"). Turn it on to show only the centred sign-in form and hide the marketing panel; leave it off for the full two-panel layout. The change takes effect immediately.23 Jun
  • On a managed sub-portal, the Settings Hub now only shows what the sub-portal actually manages. Settings governed by the network operator — AI tools, and the vehicle / modification / ECU options catalog — are hidden, with a short note that they're managed by the network. The network operator's own portal is unchanged and keeps everything.23 Jun
  • Cleaner, fully white-labelled Settings Hub on managed sub-portals.23 Jun
  • Vehicle type is now per-model, so a manufacturer that builds more than one type (e.g. cars and motorcycles) shows correctly under each type. Pick a type and the manufacturer + model lists narrow to it.21 Jun
  • Admin vehicle pages: each model shows its vehicle type, and you can set or change it when adding/editing a model; the manufacturer list shows which types each make covers.21 Jun
  • Importing the vehicle catalogue now sets each model's vehicle type from the source data, so the type filter is correct as soon as vehicles are imported.21 Jun
  • Vehicle Type selector above Manufacturer (All types / Car / Motorbike / Truck / Tractor / Boat) — narrows the model list to that type, so makes that span types no longer mix cars with motorbikes.21 Jun
  • File-type ECU/TCU switch in the wizard: the unit dropdown now updates in real time — engine ECUs when ECU is selected, gearbox TCUs when TCU is selected.21 Jun
  • Groundwork for a vehicle-type selector (car / motorbike / truck / tractor / boat) so makes that span types no longer mix cars with motorbikes.21 Jun
  • Vehicle catalogue cleanup: removed duplicate and auto-added entries so each make shows one clean list (your existing data and any order-linked vehicle are fully preserved).21 Jun
  • Connection guide now finds the right help by ECU type even when the ECU family field is blank (it reads the ECU name).21 Jun
  • File-request wizard polish: the number plate identifies the car on Enter (the extra search button is gone), the three reading fields use the full row width, and the read-protocol pills + Connection guide button match the rest of the design.21 Jun
  • Connection guides in the file request wizard: once you pick an engine, a "Connection guide" button shows the OBD / Bench / Boot / BDM reading steps and cabling for that ECU, with diagrams — loaded on demand so it never slows the page down.21 Jun
  • Bosch HW/SW search: a new tool to find your tuned files and catalogue engines by hardware number, software number or ECU family. Type the number any way you like — spaces, dashes and dots are ignored.21 Jun
  • The vehicle database now records the reading protocol (OBD / Bench / Boot / BDM / JTAG) for each engine and shows it in the wizard, so you know how a file is read before you start.21 Jun
  • Importing a large legacy file library is faster, uses far less memory and can be resumed if it is interrupted.21 Jun
  • Older orders that were entered as "not in catalogue" can now be reconnected to the matching vehicle once the database recognises it — only when the match is certain, and a manually chosen vehicle is never changed.21 Jun
  • The AI File Editor now ships with safe, source-backed Stage 1 tuning zones for native EDC15 files (older VAG diesel), so the right maps are highlighted for a sensible remap.20 Jun
  • The ECU Projects workspace (the AI File Editor's project area) has a refreshed header that matches the AI File DB, an at-a-glance stats strip (compare-ready, awaiting tune, new this week, last active), and a new "What's new in the AI File Editor" feed so the latest editor improvements are visible at a glance.20 Jun
  • Currency converter for international customers. Turn it on under Settings → Pricing & Payments → Display Currencies, add the currencies you want with your own exchange rate, and customers get a currency picker on the Credits page that shows an indicative "≈" converted price next to each package. Billing is unchanged — every payment is still taken in your store currency, and the page always says so.20 Jun
  • Customer reviews: once a file is delivered, customers can leave a 1–5 star rating and an optional comment straight from their file page, and edit it later. Each rating is shown to your team on the request.19 Jun
  • Dashboard "Latest Reviews" box: recent customer ratings (vehicle, stars and comment only — never any customer details) shown to everyone as social proof.19 Jun
  • Dashboard activity feed: a live, anonymised list of the portal's most recent files (vehicle, service and status only) so customers can see the shop is active.19 Jun
  • Reviews page (Sidebar → Reviews): see your average rating and every review, filter by score or visibility, and hide or delete any review.19 Jun
  • Settings → Customer Reviews: switch customer reviews and the activity feed on or off for your portal.19 Jun
  • The star rating is surfaced everywhere it matters: in the request hero for staff (with a click-through to the full review), on every entry in the AI File Database (Master Files) list and detail page, on the customer's My Files cards, and on the customer's own file page so they can see the rating they left.19 Jun
  • Customers can rate (or see their rating) right from the My Files cards, which keep refreshing live in the background — a new file or a fresh review appears on the dashboard and My Files without a reload.19 Jun
  • Only a delivered tuned file can be rated — a request that hasn't produced a tuned file is never offered a rating.19 Jun
  • The "file ready" email now invites the customer to leave a quick star rating.19 Jun
  • Star ratings animate in subtly (respecting reduced-motion and the performance-saver tier).19 Jun
  • ECU Projects — a private, per-account workspace (Sidebar → ECU Projects) for tuning work outside a customer order. Create a project and import an original BIN, add a tuned BIN, or load an existing original+tuned pair straight from your AI File DB. Opening a project drops you into the FULL visual editor — the same map grid, live editing, apply-to-revision, compare, DTC and AI tools you get on a file request — and a one-click compare shows exactly which maps changed and by how much. Projects are completely separate from customer requests: they never appear in your queue and never touch billing, AI-match, the AI File DB or vendor costs. Admin-only and off in demo mode, like the editor.19 Jun
  • The map editor now warns before you navigate away with unsaved cell edits, so in-progress work isn't lost. Saved drafts and created revisions were already stored safely.19 Jun
  • Settings → AI File Editor: enable or disable the editor for your portal and set the maximum file size that can be imported into it.19 Jun
  • Number-plate lookup can now add a brand-new vehicle to your catalogue automatically when the looked-up car isn't already there — creating the make, model and engine from the lookup so the request binds to a real catalogue vehicle instead of falling back to manual entry. Enable it in Settings Hub → Number-plate lookup ("Auto-add new vehicles to the catalogue"); off by default.18 Jun
  • Number-plate lookup now supports VehicleDataGlobal as a data provider, returning the full vehicle identity — make, model, derivative, engine code, power, fuel and engine size — from a single lookup. Choose it in Settings Hub → Number-plate lookup, pick Sandbox or Production, and paste your access key. The existing DVLA (free) and custom-provider options are unchanged.18 Jun
  • A "Look up by number plate" tool on the request detail page: an admin or the assigned tuner can type a registration and instantly see the decoded vehicle — including whether it matches a vehicle in your catalogue — without leaving the request.18 Jun
  • A number-plate lookup box at the top of the master dashboard: type a UK registration and see the full vehicle decoded — make, model, engine size and power, fuel, colour, road tax (VED) rates, weights, ownership and plate history — at a glance.18 Jun
  • The vehicle search box in the file-upload wizard now recognises a UK number plate: type a registration and the box styles itself as a number plate, then press Enter to identify the vehicle — or keep typing a make/model to search the catalogue as before. Off unless number-plate lookup is enabled.18 Jun
  • For network operators: each sub-dealer portal now only shows, and can use, the features you grant it — file tools, AI tools, Dyno Studio, Knowledge Search, Community Hub, vendor connectors and more. A sub-dealer you authorise to tune keeps its files in-house instead of forwarding them automatically, and you can set what new sub-dealers start with in Settings Hub → Cross-Portal.18 Jun
  • The all-requests list now shows each request's registration (number plate) as its own column, so you can scan and find a job by plate at a glance.18 Jun
  • On the request detail page, the four info cards (vehicle, order, details, payment) keep their card look but are no longer wrapped in an extra outer box — cleaner and less nested.18 Jun
  • Email Template Builder: a new Email tab in the Settings Hub lets you personalise every customer email — subject and content — with a visual block builder, click-to-insert data placeholders (name, vehicle, request number, credits, links and more), a live preview, a one-click test send, and portal-wide email branding (logo, accent colour, footer and signature). Personalising is optional — until you switch a template on, your emails keep their current wording.14 Jun
  • Self-encrypted delivery for operators without a vendor connector: deliver an already-prepared final file straight to the customer. It is now a clear, first-class action with a confirmation step, instead of a hidden option.14 Jun
  • Auto-learn ECU type: when a vendor decrypt reports an ECU that isn't in your catalogue yet, it is added automatically and linked to the vehicle, so later uploads of the same ECU are recognised without manual setup. There is a kill-switch in settings.14 Jun
  • New Settings Hub → File Uploads section: configure exactly which file types your portal accepts for tuning uploads.14 Jun
  • New Settings Hub → Vendor Connectors section: see and manage your decrypt/encrypt connectors in one place (hidden on portals that have none).14 Jun
  • Live updates without reloading: your credit balance and the pending-work and unread-ticket counters in the menu now refresh on their own, so the figures stay current without pressing reload.14 Jun
  • Live support conversations: new replies on a support ticket now appear instantly while it is open, with an optional sound and a browser notification, so you no longer refresh to see a customer's response.14 Jun
  • Integrations area: a dedicated place to see and install the vendor decrypt/encrypt connectors your portal uses (such as AutoTuner or Alientech), with the Integrations link back in the left menu.14 Jun
  • Network file matching now automatically re-locks and delivers a matching tuned file straight to dealer portals, with the customer notified — no manual step.10 Jun
  • Live processing status is available behind a Settings Hub → Appearance toggle (off by default).10 Jun
  • Safer "already encrypted" revision uploads: the platform now checks the file really is a vendor-encrypted slave file before it ships, so a plain file ticked by mistake is caught instead of reaching the customer with an unflashable download.10 Jun
  • Network billing credit line: sub-dealer portals can keep auto-forwarding files even when their pre-paid wallet runs into the red, up to an optional limit you set per dealer. A flashing dashboard alert warns the sub-dealer the moment their balance goes negative so they top up — files no longer get blocked the instant the wallet hits zero.9 Jun
  • Emergency file delivery: if automatic decrypt/encrypt is ever temporarily unavailable, a tuner can upload an already-prepared final file and deliver it to the customer exactly as-is, so a job is never blocked.9 Jun
  • Richer download file names: downloaded files now carry the vehicle and ECU details (make, model, engine, software and hardware numbers) right in the file name.9 Jun

  • VAT configuration warnings in Settings Hub.17 Apr
  • Payment Logic: new "Require Credits Before Request Creation" toggle in Settings Hub. When enabled, clients must hold enough credits on their balance to cover the estimated request cost before the File Request Wizard lets them submit. Protects you from working on files that never get paid. Includes a detailed in-line FAQ explaining how the gate behaves, whether credits are reserved, and how it pairs with "Allow Payment Before Approval" for maximum protection. Default is OFF for full backwards compatibility.16 Apr
  • Ten-language translation coverage for the new Payment Logic copy (EN, RO, DE, FR, IT, ES, TR, FI, HI, PL).16 Apr
  • Razorpay payment gateway. Clients in India and other Razorpay-supported markets can now pay with cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets. Enable in Settings Hub, paste Key ID + Secret, done. Signature verification, idempotency checks and VAT calculation all built in.16 Apr
  • Revision Decline. Admins and tuners can now decline a client's revision request with a written reason. The client receives an in-app notification and Telegram message explaining why, and the request returns to "Completed" status automatically.16 Apr
  • Custom FAQ Editor in Settings Hub. Admins can write, reorder and delete FAQ entries per category directly from the settings page — no code editing required. Includes a "Load Defaults" button to restore the built-in questions.16 Apr
  • Bulk emails now appear in the notification bell alongside the email, so users who miss the email still see it in-app.16 Apr
  • Polish language support added to the legal pages locale list.16 Apr
  • Priority change and revision request notifications are now sent to tuners as well as admins. Previously only admins were notified, leaving assigned tuners unaware of queue changes.16 Apr
  • Telegram price prompt timeout extended from 5 to 15 minutes, giving tuners more time to respond with a custom price from the chat.16 Apr
  • Promo code success flash now includes the discount type and value, so the client wizard can show "10% off" or "5 CR discount" instead of just the final amount.16 Apr
  • File request status API now returns the revision count alongside the status, enabling the client-side tracker to show revision history.16 Apr
  • Hindi language support. Hindi (हिन्दी) added as a new interface language — selectable from the language dropdown in the navbar and the login page. All interface strings translated.14 Apr
  • Admins and assigned tuners can now delete an uploaded revision from the request detail page — useful when the wrong file was uploaded. If the deleted revision was the current one, the request automatically rewinds to the previous revision, or returns to "Processing" if none remain.14 Apr
  • In-app notifications for new revision requests and client priority changes. Admins now see a bell alert in addition to the Telegram message, so nothing is missed if Telegram isn't configured.14 Apr
  • Translation system rebuilt from scratch. All non-English languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Finnish, Romanian, Turkish) re-translated with human-quality, context-aware strings. Technical tuning terms (Stage 1/2/3, DPF Off, EGR Off, AdBlue Off, Pops and Bangs, ECU, TCU, OBD, WinOLS, KESS, etc.) preserved in English across all languages.14 Apr
  • User preferred language from the database is now validated against available languages. Invalid stored locales fall back to the site default instead of causing translation errors.14 Apr
  • Telegram bot welcome message now reads from the portal's "App Name" setting instead of the hard-coded brand, so white-label installations match their own branding.14 Apr
  • Notification polling fallback now honors the admin-configured polling interval instead of a hard-coded 30 seconds.14 Apr
  • Client priority can no longer be lowered once raised. Only admins can downgrade priority — prevents refund gaming after a request is already queued at a higher tier.14 Apr
  • Manual Registration Approval system. New toggle in Settings Hub lets admins require manual approval before new users can log in. When enabled, new registrations are placed in a "Pending Approval" state — the user receives a welcome email explaining their account is under review, and the admin is notified instantly via Telegram (with inline Approve / Reject buttons) and in-app notification. Admins can also approve or reject directly from the Users page. Approved users receive an email confirmation and can log in immediately. Rejected users are notified and removed. The feature is off by default — existing installations see no change until the admin enables it.13 Apr
  • Horizon Starfield login background. A new 3D WebGL animation option for the login and registration pages, featuring a 3D starfield with nebula glow, mountain silhouettes and a warp-speed transition effect on successful login. Selectable from Settings Hub alongside the classic Neural Network background. The Horizon background bypasses Performance Mode (renders via GPU regardless) since it replaces the entire page backdrop. CSP updated to allow the required CDN scripts.13 Apr
  • Pending registrations alert banner on the admin dashboard. When registration approval is enabled and users are waiting, a pulsing amber alert links directly to the Users page. The Users quick-action button in the hero also shows a warning badge with the pending count.13 Apr
  • Approve / Reject actions in the Users table dropdown menu for pending registrations, with confirmation dialog on reject.13 Apr
  • Pending Approval status indicator (amber dot + "Pending Approval" label) in the Users list for unapproved accounts.13 Apr
  • Telegram bot callback handlers for approving and rejecting user registrations directly from the chat notification, without opening the admin panel.13 Apr
  • Welcome email now has a "pending approval" variant that explains the review process instead of inviting the user to start using the portal immediately.13 Apr
  • Flash message support on the login page for server-side success and error messages (used by the approval flow redirect after registration).13 Apr
  • Sidebar "Commissions" section (Specializations, Commissions, Payouts) now only appears when the Technician System is enabled in Settings Hub — previously always visible even when unused.13 Apr
  • Country & Compliance configuration (Settings Hub → Commerce → Country & Compliance). Select business country from 25 supported profiles. Tax regime, invoice template, and available payment gateways auto-configure. India GST section: business state code, tax ID label, HSN/SAC code, geographic zero-rating toggle.12 Apr
  • Credit Terminology (Settings Hub → Commerce → Credit Terminology). Rename "Credits" to "Points", "Coins", "Tokens" or any label — short form, singular, plural. Updates across the entire portal.12 Apr
  • Assignment Engine (Settings Hub → Commerce → Technician System → Assignment Engine). Enable auto-routing, choose strategy (Manual, Round Robin, Skill-Based, Timezone-Aware, Hybrid), toggle auto-assign on file request creation.12 Apr
  • Request Priority Options (Settings Hub → Commerce → Request Priority Options). Toggle Express (1.5x) and Urgent (2.0x) on or off independently. Disabled options disappear from the client wizard.12 Apr
  • Auto-assignment event listener registered. Assignment engine now triggers automatically when file requests are created.12 Apr
  • Required "I am a business customer" confirmation at registration, gated behind a new Settings Hub toggle. Primarily requested by German installations: in B2B transactions there is no mandatory 14-day consumer withdrawal right under German law, so a logged confirmation at sign-up gives the shop a legal basis to refuse consumer-style disputes. The admin can turn the checkbox on or off per installation, and customise the exact wording the customer has to agree to (the default is a neutral English template that any shop can translate and reword to match their local legal text). Each registration stores a timestamp of when the customer ticked the box and a verbatim snapshot of the text they agreed to on the user record, so the audit trail is preserved even if the admin later edits the wording. Existing users are unaffected — the setting is off by default on upgrade, and when enabled it only applies to new registrations from that point forward.12 Apr
  • Complete redesign of the "Tuner Specializations" admin page (Sidebar → Commissions → Specializations). The page now follows the same glassmorphic hero / stats HUD / two-column layout used elsewhere in the admin panel, with a rotating Quick Tips carousel in the hero, four live stat cards (total / active / tuners mapped / average commission), a cleaner specializations table with per-colour icon tiles, and a revamped tuner assignment panel where each tuner is presented as a self-contained card with an avatar, coloured specialization chips and an inline commission input. The broken commission rate input that previously rendered the percent sign below the number field has been replaced with a new unified pill control that stays on a single line on every screen size.12 Apr
  • The "Performance Mode" toggle is now enabled by default on fresh installs and on any installation that has never explicitly set it. Users reported high GPU consumption on lower-spec laptops and mobile devices, and three potential clients asked about GPU usage before even starting a trial. Flipping the default to on kills the heavy backdrop filters and neural canvas animations sitewide until the admin opts back in to the full animated experience. The behaviour is controlled by a new data seeder that only inserts the setting when the row is missing — if the admin had previously set it to 0 or 1, their choice is fully preserved.12 Apr
  • Country & Compliance master configuration. TunerSuite now ships with a 25-country profile registry covering the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Romania, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Türkiye, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, India, Singapore, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Australia and South Africa. Each profile carries the correct default tax regime (VAT, MwSt, IVA, GST, Sales Tax or No-Tax), the local rate, the customer-facing tax label, the tax identifier format (VAT ID, GSTIN, P.IVA, USt-IdNr., CNPJ, RFC, ABN, TRN, etc.), the default currency, the local timezone, the preferred language, the legal framework identifier (GDPR, DPDP, CCPA, LGPD, POPIA, PDPL, etc.) and a curated short-list of payment providers that actually work in that country. Adding more countries in the future is a single config-file edit — no code changes required. The whole system is off for existing installs by default (a feature flag keeps the previous VAT service running until the admin explicitly opts in) so legacy clients upgrade with zero behaviour change.12 Apr
  • Automatic tax calculation that understands the difference between VAT, GST, IVA, MwSt, Sales Tax and a no-tax regime. A single calculator now handles every combination: standard domestic sale, EU B2B reverse charge (when the admin toggles it on and the customer has a valid VAT ID in a different EU country), zero-rated export outside the business region, the § 19 UStG Kleinunternehmer exemption, and the India-specific "geographic linkage" where customers outside India pay no GST on the export of services. India installations also get the correct CGST + SGST intrastate split and the single-line IGST interstate alternative, based on the billing state of the customer. All tax labels on the invoice PDF are now pulled from the active regime instead of being hardcoded to "VAT".12 Apr
  • India GST invoice template. Installations with business country = India and the v2 invoice renderer flag enabled now emit invoices that comply with § 31 of the CGST Act 2017 and Rule 46 of the CGST Rules: HSN/SAC code column in the line-items table (default SAC 998361 for motor vehicle repair services), supplier GSTIN and customer GSTIN displayed prominently, CGST + SGST + IGST breakdown with the correct rates, mandatory "Place of Supply" field, rupee symbol with locale-appropriate number formatting, and a legal note citing § 16 of the IGST Act for zero-rated exports. The generic template continues to render for every non-India install and for India installs that have not opted in to the v2 renderer.12 Apr
  • Staff assignment engine with five strategies: manual (the default and legacy behaviour), round-robin with atomic cache-backed state, skill-based matching that looks at the requested modifications and matches them to each tuner's specialization list picking the tuner with the most overlap and the lowest current workload, timezone-aware routing that only assigns to tuners whose current local time falls inside their configured working-hours window, and a hybrid mode that composes all three (skill-based first, then timezone, then round-robin as a safety net). Configure the strategy from Settings → Operations, and optionally flip an "Auto-assign on creation" switch to have the engine pick the next tuner the moment a new file request lands instead of broadcasting to every admin. Ideal for international tuning operations with engineers in multiple timezones — a workshop with engineers across India, Italy and Singapore can now automatically hand a midnight request to whoever is actually on shift.12 Apr
  • Teams and master / slave sub-accounts. A master account can own multiple sub-accounts (franchisees, partner shops, dealers) and sees all file requests, invoices and credit transactions from the whole team. Each sub-account only sees its own data; admins on the platform see everything across all teams. Implemented as a global query scope that activates only when the admin explicitly enables the "Teams" feature flag — existing single-tenant installations see zero change. Works on file requests, invoices and credit transactions for complete cross-team data isolation. Ideal for large tuning networks and resellers who want to offer the portal as a white-label service to their partners without exposing their data to each other.12 Apr
  • Configurable credit terminology. The word "credits" (and its short form "CR") appears in dozens of places across the portal. Admins can now rename it to whatever matches their customer-facing language — "points", "tokens", "units", "puncte", "Guthaben", "créditos". Three settings drive the swap: the short form shown next to number displays, the singular form used in sentences, and the plural form. Defaults preserve the legacy wording so upgrading installs see no visible change.12 Apr
  • Optional country-specific legal content seeder. A new seeder ships English-language Terms / Privacy / Refund templates that cite the correct statutes for India (DPDP Act 2023), California (CCPA / CPRA), Brazil (LGPD), the United Arab Emirates (PDPL) and South Africa (POPIA). The seeder is opt-in — run manually when needed — so it never touches your existing legal pages. Admins can later choose which jurisdictional text to activate as the main Terms / Privacy / Refund.12 Apr
  • Configurable invoice line-item label on every generated PDF invoice. You can now set the description that appears on the invoice (e.g. "Digitale Dienstleistung für Fahrzeuge" instead of the default credit-package name) directly from Settings → Billing → Invoice Settings. A separate optional subtitle field lets you add a second descriptive line underneath. Required by German accounting rules, where "Credits" is not an accepted line item, and useful in other jurisdictions where the tax advisor needs a specific phrasing for digital services. The same label is used on the PDF invoice, in the email body, in the email panel, and on any invoice pushed to Lexware, so everything stays consistent across all customer touchpoints.11 Apr
  • Complete invoice PDF redesign from the ground up. The new layout leads with a full-width brand-coloured hero header containing your logo (or company name if no logo is set) on the left and the invoice number with a green "PAID" pill on the right. A floating four-cell metadata card just below the hero displays the issue date, service date, currency, and total due (with the total in your brand colour for instant recognition). The Bill From / Bill To columns are separated by a vertical rule for clarity, the line items table has a subtle top border in the brand colour and clean typography, and the totals are presented in a rounded card with the "Total Due" row in the brand colour and large bold white text. The legal imprint (company name, managing director, HRB number, registration court, VAT ID, tax number) is pinned to the bottom of every page so it prints correctly on multi-page invoices. A new page number counter (Page X / Y) appears in the footer. The design is intentionally print-friendly in black and white, works for every currency, and has been tested across four scenarios: standard 19% VAT (Germany), reverse charge B2B intra-EU, § 19 UStG Kleinunternehmer exemption, and UK/legacy installs with minimal configuration. Existing PDFs already on disk are not touched — only new payments and manually-regenerated invoices use the new layout. The PDF respects your existing brand primary colour from Settings → Appearance.11 Apr
  • Full legal-compliance fields on the invoice PDF for German law (§ 14 Abs. 4 UStG) and the EU Invoicing Directive 2010/45/EU. The invoice now displays: the issuer's tax number (Steuernummer) and VAT ID, the company registration number (HRB) and registration court, the legal director's name, the customer's tax/VAT ID with proper "VAT/Tax ID" labelling, the service date separately from the issue date, optional bank details (bank name, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT) for B2B wire transfers, and a configurable footer text. Four VAT scenarios are auto-detected and the right legal note appears on the PDF: standard VAT charged, reverse charge for B2B EU customers (with citation of EU Directive 2006/112/EC Art. 196 and § 13b UStG), small business exemption under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmer regelung), and tax-free domestic. All these new fields are optional and configured from Settings → Platform → Business Details (new "Legal Imprint" and "Bank Details" sub-cards). When you leave them empty, the PDF degrades gracefully and shows only the fields you have filled in.11 Apr
  • New customer-facing "Service Pricing" page, accessible from the main sidebar under Help & FAQ. Lists every active tuning modification grouped by category, with the base credit cost and the currency-equivalent at the configured credit price, plus a "Dyno data required" badge where applicable. Customers no longer have to step through the full file-request wizard and select a specific vehicle just to see how many credits each service costs. Includes a hero card showing the current credit value (1 credit = X), a call-to-action linking to the wizard, and falls back gracefully when no services are configured yet. Fully translated via the standard __ helper across all eight supported languages.11 Apr
  • File request wizard auto-collapses the other engine variants after the user picks one, so the tuning matrix becomes immediately visible without having to scroll past the rest of the engine list. A "Show other engines" button appears inside the engine list container so the user can reveal the full list again without reloading the page. The collapse is reset automatically when the engine list is re-rendered (after changing make/model/generation) or when the wizard is cleared.11 Apr
  • Per-account Performance Mode toggle in the top navigation bar. Every user (admin, tuner, customer, demo account) can now turn the lightweight "lite mode" on or off from their own browser session, without affecting anyone else. When enabled, the platform disables heavy visual effects — animated background particles, glass blur, ambient glows, gradient animations, noise textures, glass panels — so the portal runs smoothly on older laptops, phones with limited GPU headroom, and long tuner sessions where battery life matters. The previous admin-level global toggle still works and acts as an enforced site-wide default when turned on. If the admin has enforced performance mode globally, the per-user button shows a locked state so users understand the choice is not overridable for them. The preference is saved per-user for logged-in accounts and falls back to a cookie for guests, so the choice survives across devices and browser sessions.11 Apr
  • First-visit highlight for the new Performance Mode toggle. On the first page load after the update, every user sees a small orange "NEW" pulse on the toggle button plus a one-time popover that explains what the button does ("Disables heavy visual effects to save battery and lower GPU usage. Ideal for older laptops, phones, and long sessions."). The popover can be dismissed with the X button, the "Got it" button, or by simply clicking the toggle. Once dismissed, a long-lived cookie prevents the popover from showing again, so users are not nagged on every page load. The popover auto-dismisses after 25 seconds if no interaction happens. The popover, the button tooltip, and the "NEW" badge are fully translated into all eight supported languages (EN, RO, DE, FR, IT, ES, TR, FI) with natural wording reviewed for each language.11 Apr
  • Bundle discount pricing: admins can now set a reduced override price on any service that activates when a "trigger" service (typically a tuning stage) is also selected in the same request. Example: Stage 1 and DPF Off both cost 80 credits each; the admin can mark DPF Off as 40 credits when bundled with Stage 1, so the customer pays 120 credits for the combo instead of 160.8 Apr
  • File request wizard shows a "BUNDLE" badge on every service that has an active bundle discount applied, so customers see in real time which modifications are being discounted.8 Apr
  • Admin edit screen for services has a new "Bundle Discount (Override Price)" panel listing every other service with an optional override price input. Lowest override wins when multiple triggers are selected, giving the customer the best deal automatically.8 Apr
  • Payment status column added to Request History table in the admin Request Queue. Each completed request now shows a "Paid" or "Pending" badge for quick visibility.6 Apr
  • File request wizard now validates that at least one paid service is selected. Free add-on services (such as emissions modifications set to zero cost) can no longer be submitted without a paid tuning stage, preventing zero-cost requests.6 Apr
  • Promo codes now support advanced restrictions similar to WooCommerce: minimum/maximum spend, per-customer usage limits, first-order-only codes, individual-use lockout, product targeting (include or exclude specific services), email whitelist with domain wildcards, and the option to exclude items on sale5 Apr
  • New three-tab promo code editor for General settings, Usage Restrictions, and Usage Limits with live stats and remaining-uses preview5 Apr
  • Promo code list now shows restriction badges at a glance5 Apr
  • Clients see clear, specific messages when a promo code is rejected (e.g. expired, minimum spend not met, already used by this customer)5 Apr
  • Admin request detail page now features a visual state stepper showing the progression from Received to Delivered, with timestamps and the assigned tuner5 Apr
  • Drag-and-drop upload area on the admin request detail page with file-type and size validation in the browser5 Apr
  • Internal tuner notes auto-save while typing with a visible "Saved" indicator and offline draft recovery5 Apr
  • Context-aware action buttons on the admin request detail page: Accept/Reject flow for new requests, payment reminder for unpaid requests, upload-and-deliver for active tuning, and a summary view for completed requests5 Apr
  • Reject request modal with a required reason field that is shown to the client5 Apr
  • ECU Analysis now shows a byte-level comparison summary when no known map definitions are identified — percentage of bytes changed, number of changed regions, modified table positions, and a dedicated fallback panel for unrecognized ECUs5 Apr
  • Byte summary panel in ECU Analysis gives a quick overview of what actually changed between the original and modified files5 Apr
