1. All products are digital — no physical shipment
Every product on www.tuning-database.co.uk is a digital file delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical goods. There is no shipping fee, no customs, no import duty.
2. Delivery times
- Original ECU files (in stock): instant — the download link appears on your customer dashboard the moment the payment confirms.
- Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3 modified files (catalogue): typically delivered within 5 to 30 minutes of payment, by email and on your customer dashboard.
- Custom tuning services (your file uploaded for modification): typically delivered within 24 hours after upload. Some complex requests may take up to 72 hours; you will be notified by email if so.
These are typical times based on our normal workload, not guaranteed delivery times. A delay on its own does not entitle you to a refund — see our Refund and Returns Policy.
3. Where we deliver
Worldwide. Files are delivered electronically to customers in every country. No restriction applies.
4. Cost
Delivery is free of charge for every product and every country. There is no surcharge, no handling fee.
5. How to access your file
- Sign in to your account at /my-account/.
- Open the order details — your download link is listed in the order.
- You also receive a confirmation email with the download link.
6. If you do not receive your file
- Check your spam / junk folder for the confirmation email.
- Verify the download link is visible in your customer dashboard.
- If neither shows the file within the expected delivery window, contact support@tuning-database.co.uk with your order number.
