Do credits expire?
No. They stay in your account until you use them, for any service.
How many credits is a file?
Any file is 50 credits, whatever it carries: a stage or none, emissions solutions, DTC off, pops and bangs, limiters, immo off. A Stage 3 or a Stage 4 counts as two files, 100 credits.
Can I get my money back?
A delivered file is final, and the remedy is ours to give: if it is not right for your car, we correct it free, as many times as it takes. Money comes back if we cannot do the job at all, if you were charged twice, or where the law requires it.
How does the KESS3 slave work?
It comes with the 100-file pack, registered as a slave of our master tool. You read and write cars with it in your own workshop, and the files it reads come to us to tune.
What about trucks, tractors and boats?
They take more work, so the credits are multiplied: a truck or a bus is 1.6 times a car, a tractor 1.4, marine and industrial 1.5. A motorbike is 0.9.
