Master & Dealer Portals

TunerSuite Feature · Master & Dealer Portals

Your dealers sell under their brand. The work comes to you.

Give every dealer a white-label portal of their own. Their customers upload there; the jobs arrive in your queue; the finished file goes back to their customer on their portal. You decide what each dealer can use, what they pay and how fast they are served.

One install can be standalone, a master, a dealer portal or both, switched from a setting, no re-install.
Every module is granted per dealer: file tools, AI, Dyno Studio, Vehicle Hub, the diary, the support assistant.
Wallets, credit price lists, statements and a turnaround promise per dealer, all on one screen.

How a network runs

The dealer keeps the customer; you do the tuning

Each dealer runs a white-label portal on their own domain, with their own logo, colours, emails and invoices. When their customer uploads a file, the request is forwarded to your tuning queue with the vehicle, the work asked for and the file itself. When you finish, the tuned file flows back and the customer downloads it on the dealer's portal, from the dealer's brand.

A dealer you authorise to tune keeps its files in-house instead of forwarding them. A portal that is its own business, rather than one you manage, can be connected as an independent peer: it sends you jobs by hand or automatically, keeps its own features, and is never governed by your settings.

  • Standalone, master, dealer or both, one setting on the same install
  • Requests from dealers are marked in every list, with whose customer they are
  • A network customers roster across every dealer, with a drill-down per customer
  • Conversations from a dealer's customers reach your inbox, labelled with the dealer

What each dealer gets

Every module granted per dealer, in minutes

Open a dealer's page and switch on exactly what they may use: file tools, AI tools, Dyno Studio, Knowledge Search, Vehicle Hub, Marketing & Knowledge, vendor connectors, the workshop diary, and the support assistant on Telegram or as a chat button on their own portal. A dealer sees nothing you have not granted; a change reaches them within minutes.

Your catalogue becomes theirs. Publish your service list to every dealer with a preview of what changes for each, or let a dealer sync from you in one click. The vehicle database, makes, models, engines, tuning figures and ECU assignments, moves to your dealers the same way.

  • Per-dealer feature switches, applied within minutes
  • Choose which dashboard sections a managed dealer sees, and whether its sign-ups need approval
  • Service list and vehicle catalogue published to every dealer, previewed first
  • A dyno you publish for a dealer's job appears on the dealer's portal too

Money between you and your dealers

Wholesale prices, wallets and a statement they can read

Choose how each dealer is billed: settled privately, a flat amount per request, a price per modification, or a rate on the credits they charge their customer. A dealer can run on a pre-paid wallet, with an optional credit line so their files keep flowing when the wallet dips below zero; they are warned the moment it does.

Put a dealer on a credit price list and their top-up screen offers exactly those packs, at those prices. Record a payment by hand in either direction, with every move in their payment history. The dealer reads a full statement on their own portal, what they were charged, for which job, instead of messaging you to ask.

  • Four billing modes, set per dealer, with defaults for new dealers
  • Pre-paid wallets with an optional credit line per dealer
  • A credit price list per dealer, applied to their top-up screen
  • Your request history shows what each dealer was billed for each job

Service levels

A faster turnaround for the dealer who pays for it

Each dealer's page takes a turnaround target of its own for the jobs they send; left blank, they get the same target as everybody else. You can let a connected workshop pay for a faster turnaround and decide how much, grant or withhold that permission per dealer, and stop paid turnaround across every connected portal with one switch.

What a network costs

From £699, and a quote above three dealers

A master licence starts from £699, with every dealer under it. Dealer portals start from £699 each, for up to three; above three, the price is a quote rather than a list price. The monthly is £49.99, and only in a month the portal delivers ten files or more.

Dealer Network FAQ

Common questions

Does each dealer get their own brand and domain?
Yes. Every dealer portal is white-label: their logo, colours, domain, emails and invoices. Their customers deal with the dealer's brand from upload to download.
Who does the tuning in a network?
By default a dealer's requests are forwarded to your queue and the finished file goes back to their customer on their portal. A dealer you authorise to tune can keep its files in-house instead.
Can I choose what each dealer is allowed to use?
Yes. Every module is switched on or off per dealer from their page in your network: file tools, AI, Dyno Studio, Vehicle Hub, the diary, the support assistant and more. Changes reach the dealer within minutes.
How do dealers pay me?
You choose per dealer: settled privately, a flat amount per request, a price per modification or a rate on their credits. Dealers can run on a pre-paid wallet with an optional credit line, and they see a full statement on their own portal.
What does a network cost?

Can an independent workshop connect without being managed by me?
Yes. An independent peer sends you jobs by hand or automatically, keeps its own features and is never governed by your settings; you see the price and terms you agreed with it.
