This is a Stage 1 tune of the factory calibration of the VW Touran 2.0 TDI ppd (125 kW, 170 hp), for its Siemens/Continental ECU with hardware 5WP45565, part number 03G906018EH, software SN100L6000000 and software ID CASN1L60.DAT. Stage 1 is software only: the car keeps its standard turbo, injectors, intercooler and exhaust.
Stage 1 on this engine raises the injected fuel, the boost and the rail pressure and lifts the torque limiters, within what the standard turbo, injectors and clutch hold. The smoke limiter follows the new airflow, so a healthy engine pulls harder without black smoke.
