This is a Stage 1 tune of the factory calibration of the 2009 Opel Astra-H 1.3 CDTi (66 kW, 90 hp), for its Magneti Marelli ECU with software ID MAREL0100 and ECU number 55565449. Stage 1 is software only: the car keeps its standard turbo, injectors, intercooler and exhaust.
Stage 1 on the 1.3 CDTi raises the injected fuel, the boost and the rail pressure and lifts the torque limiters, within what the standard turbo, injectors and clutch hold. The smoke limiter follows the new airflow, so a healthy engine pulls harder without black smoke.
