This is a Stage 1 tune of the factory calibration of the 2006 MB Vito 2.2 CDI (85 kW, 116 hp), for its Bosch EDC16C31 ECU with software 386787 (1037386787). Stage 1 is software only: the car keeps its standard turbo, injectors, intercooler and exhaust.

Stage 1 on the 111 CDI raises the injected fuel, the boost and the rail pressure and lifts the torque limiters, within what the standard turbo, injectors and clutch hold. The smoke limiter follows the new airflow, so a healthy engine pulls harder without black smoke.

The MB Vito 2.2 CDI carries the 111 CDI engine, 116 hp and 290 Nm from the factory. On this engine, Stage 1 usually gives about 143 hp and 355 Nm (+27 hp, +65 Nm). Typical figures for a healthy engine: your car's own result depends on its condition, fuel and parts.
