This is a Stage 1 tune of the factory calibration of the MB Sprinter 2.2 CDI (63 kW, 86 hp), for its Bosch ECU with hardware 0281010281 and software 351188 (1037351188). Stage 1 is software only: the car keeps its standard turbo, injectors, intercooler and exhaust.
Stage 1 on the 209/309/509 CDI raises the injected fuel, the boost and the rail pressure and lifts the torque limiters, within what the standard turbo, injectors and clutch hold. The smoke limiter follows the new airflow, so a healthy engine pulls harder without black smoke.
The MB Sprinter 2.2 CDI carries the 209/309/509 CDI engine, 88 hp and 220 Nm from the factory.
