The EDC15P SVRL Hardcut Editor is a lightweight, file-based tuning tool designed for Bosch EDC15P ECU files (.bin). It allows tuners to add a configurable hardcut (injector cutoff at a set RPM), adjust limiter behavior, and apply simple diesel tuning tweaks without full WinOLS workflows.

How it works

Open the stock .bin file in the editor, set the desired hardcut RPM and limiter options, then save the modified file. The modified .bin must be flashed to the ECU using your preferred flasher (KESS, K-TAG, MPPS, etc.).

• Always keep a verified backup of the original ECU .bin.
• Flashing incorrectly or using incompatible settings can make the vehicle unstartable — only flash if you understand ECU flashing procedures.
• Hardcut and aggressive limiter changes can stress drivetrain components and may be illegal for road use in some regions.
