Payments, Tax & Invoicing

TunerSuite Feature · Payments, Tax & Invoicing

Paid by card, by finance or by transfer, and invoiced properly.

Customers buy credits with Stripe, PayPal, Square, Razorpay, Mercado Pago or UK consumer finance, straight into your own accounts. Every payment becomes credit on its own, every top-up gets a numbered invoice with the right tax for the customer's country, and a statement upload tells you which payments match your ledger.

Payments land in your own gateway accounts; there is no charge from us per file and no commission.
Tax profiles for 25 countries, regional rates by postcode, and invoices that meet the German and EU rules.
A daily check that your card provider really tells this portal about payments, with a re-check button.

Taking the money

Every gateway your customers already use

Stripe takes cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal, Square, Razorpay for India and Mercado Pago sit alongside it, each switched on with your own keys. In the UK, customers can spread a credit pack over monthly instalments through consumer finance, and credits land automatically once the application is accepted. You can also record a payment made by bank transfer or arranged offline.

A completed card payment grants the credits by itself; refunds and disputes raise an alert so you can respond in time. Once a day the portal asks your card provider whether its payment notifications point at this portal, the one setting that decides whether a payment ever becomes credit, and after you fix it you can ask again straight away.

  • Stripe, PayPal, Square, Razorpay and Mercado Pago, on your own accounts
  • UK consumer finance: pay monthly or in instalments
  • Optionally pass the gateway's processing fee on to the customer
  • A daily payment-notification check, with a re-check button

Prices and credits

Credits, packs, tiers and promo codes, set by you

Sell credit packs with a bonus, a struck-through old price or a discount. Put customers on one of six pricing tiers, override the price of any modification per ECU, give bundle prices when services are ordered together, charge a flat price per file, and price trucks, tractors and machinery differently from cars. Express and Urgent carry their own prices.

Promo codes take a minimum and maximum spend, a limit per customer, a first-order-only rule and an email restriction, and the code is checked again against the customer when the order is written, not only when it is typed. Rename "credits" to whatever your market calls them, and show customers an indicative price in their own currency while you bill in yours.

  • Six pricing tiers, per-ECU prices and bundle prices
  • Promo codes with real restrictions, checked when the order is written
  • A currency picker showing an indicative converted price
  • Refund credits to a customer in one click

Tax and invoices

The right tax, a proper invoice, your accountant's software

TunerSuite ships with tax profiles for 25 countries and understands VAT, GST, IVA, MwSt and sales tax. A postcode can carry its own rate, the Canary Islands preset is one click. Invoice PDFs lead with your brand and carry the fields German and EU invoicing rules require, with an India GST template where that applies.

A numbered invoice is produced the moment a card top-up completes, at the price that customer actually pays. Issued invoices can be sent to Lexware in Germany or to Holded in Spain, and if you invoice from your own accounting software, the portal's own invoicing can be switched off.

  • Tax profiles for 25 countries, and regional rates by postcode
  • Invoice PDFs with the German and EU compliance fields
  • An invoice for every card top-up, at the customer's own price
  • Lexware and Holded sync, or switch our invoicing off

Checking it adds up

Reconciliation, chargebacks and a ledger that explains itself

Upload a statement from your payment provider and reconciliation sorts it against the credit ledger: matched, missing and mismatched. A chargeback deducts the credits automatically, freezes an account that falls below zero and alerts you by Telegram and email. A customer's credit history filters and exports to CSV, and every invoice is linked from their financial history.

Stripe with cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, PayPal, Square, Razorpay and Mercado Pago, plus UK consumer finance and payments recorded by hand. Each runs on your own account.

No. Payments go straight into your own gateway accounts. There is no charge from us per file and no commission on what you sell.
Does it handle VAT for customers in other countries?
Yes. There are tax profiles for 25 countries covering VAT, GST, IVA, MwSt and sales tax, and a postcode can carry its own regional rate.
