Is this a subscription?

Partly, and the part that matters is not. £699 is a one-time setup fee for a perpetual licence, you own the software outright. After it comes maintenance, £49.99 a month: on your own server it is charged only in a month you deliver ten files or more, so a quieter month, or one where you never opened the portal, costs nothing; on our hosting it is included in the plan. What it buys: every update on the day it ships, security patches and hardening, and email support. 24/7 support on WhatsApp and live chat comes with Pro hosting. The difference from a rented portal is what happens when you stop: your install keeps running on your own server, with your files and your customers, because the licence is yours. You lose updates, patches and support, not your business. The setup fee doubles to £1,299 once 50 early-adopter licences sell.

What happens after 50 licenses sell?

The setup fee shifts to £1,299 for new customers. Everyone who bought during the early-adopter period keeps their £699 setup price forever.

Can I switch from self-hosted to managed later?

Yes. On Pro hosting the migration is free: we move your database, files, customer accounts and license onto our managed hosting in Germany, the UK or Romania. Your domain stays yours. The other way too: we move you onto your own server whenever you like.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and direct bank transfer on an invoice. Inside your portal, the invoices you send your own customers handle VAT for 25 countries.

Do I need to manage a server?

No. We recommend your own server, and we do the work on it: we install, configure and secure TunerSuite on a server in your name, for example a Hetzner CPX22 at €19.49 a month. Or we host it for you, maintenance included: Starter £49.99 a month for about 100 files with email support, Pro £119 for about 750 files with 24/7 WhatsApp and live-chat support and free migration, File Service £249 for about 1,000 files. We never resell servers.

Can my sub-dealers have their own portal?

Yes, that's the Master & Slave model. Each sub-dealer gets their own branded slave portal where they upload files. Everything routes up to you: you decrypt, tune and deliver, while each sub-dealer only ever sees their own customers. Slave portals are unlimited on a network plan.

Which decryption tools are supported?

AutoTuner, Alientech KESS3 & K-TAG, bFlash and MagicMotorsport Flex. Your slave files are decrypted, tuned and re-encrypted inside the portal, ready to flash, no manual round-trips.

Can you move me off my current system?

Yes. On Pro hosting and up migration is free: we bring across your customer accounts, credit/point balances and files from your old portal, keep your domain, and get you live with minimal downtime.

When is the £49.99 actually charged?

On your own server, in any month you deliver ten files or more: under ten, or a month nobody opened it, there is nothing to pay and the portal carries on. On our hosting it is included in the monthly price of the plan. What it covers: every minor and major version on the day it ships, vehicle and ECU database expansions, security patches and hardening, and email support. More files, 24/7 support on WhatsApp and live chat and free migration come with Pro hosting at £119 a month. No per-file charge, ever.
