This is a Stage 1 tune of the factory calibration of the 2003 Peugeot Expert 2.0 HDI (80 kW, 109 hp), for its Bosch ECU with hardware 0281010815 and software 353963 (1037353963). Stage 1 is software only: the car keeps its standard turbo, injectors, intercooler and exhaust.
Stage 1 on this engine raises the injected fuel, the boost and the rail pressure and lifts the torque limiters, within what the standard turbo, injectors and clutch hold. The smoke limiter follows the new airflow, so a healthy engine pulls harder without black smoke.
