No. Every portal is white-label: your name, your logo, your domain and your prices on every screen, email, invoice and file.
You do. On a licence you resell, a portal you run or a file you sell on, what you charge your customer is your business.
We do, whoever sold the portal: we write the code and we fix it. If you would rather be the front door, we agree that before the first sale.
£699 once, then £49.99 a month on your own server, only in a month with 10+ files, or managed hosting from £199 a month with everything in it. Never both.
When your current master releases your slave, we arrange the transfer with Alientech and pay its fee. Your first five files on our master are then at our biggest pack's price. The release is your current master's to give. Alientech may ask for the slave's subscription to be active; renewing it stays yours.
Yes. Send us files first, or buy one licence and sell one. Volume and networks are quoted per arrangement.
