Can I run TunerSuite solo with my own tuners?
Yes. TunerSuite runs perfectly as a standalone shop — your own branded portal, your own in-house tuners and your own customers, with no network required. The full team layer (admin/tuner/client roles, skill tags, five auto-assignment strategies, commission ledger and payouts) works in standalone mode. You can later switch to a master role and add sub-dealer portals from a single setting — no re-deploy, no data migration.
Do you build custom features and integrations?
Yes. If a capability doesn’t exist, we build it. When the feature benefits all TunerSuite users it ships to everyone in a free update. Anything bespoke to your shop — a custom payment gateway, vehicle imports, CRM/Slack/Telegram, a custom theme or a bespoke API — is custom development at £250/hour. The same developers who run their own file service on the platform do the work.
Can I self-host it, and what does the monthly cover?
Yes. Setup is a £699 one-time fee with the complete platform on your own server — ordinary hosting, nothing exotic, and we install it — and £49.99 in any month you deliver ten files or more — a quieter month costs nothing — covering new features, email support and the network services — the licence itself is permanently yours. 24/7 WhatsApp and live-chat support come with Pro hosting. Your files and customer data stay on your hardware behind your firewall. Minimum 5 years of security updates from your purchase date — with or without an active plan. Prefer not to run a server? Managed hosting on our infrastructure costs nothing extra at Starter, and you can move to your own server whenever you want.
Does TunerSuite automatically generate a tune from scratch?
No, and we won’t pretend otherwise. A new or unique tune is done by a human tuner. What is automatic: mod selection with live per-ECU pricing, auto-charge on submit or delivery, and instant automated delivery when you have tuned that file before (AI File Match for repeat and known files). The DTC Editor suggests the fault codes implied by your selected mods and gives you a worklist and audit trail — your tuner masks the codes in their own tool; TunerSuite does not write the BIN for you.
Which slave tools and vendors are supported?
Native decrypt and re-encrypt for AutoTuner (slave and master), Alientech KESS3, KESSv2 and K-TAG (Boot/Bench, with CVN correction), bFlash, Magic Motorsport MMS Flex and Alientech IXI Center session codes. Files are decrypted via the vendor API once per unique file SHA across your whole master-and-slave network; every later upload of the same file is served from cache at no vendor cost.
Can I run a master and slave dealer network?
Yes. A master portal accepts file requests forwarded from white-label sub-dealer (slave) portals, tunes or AI-matches them, and routes the finished, re-encrypted file back to the dealer’s own customer — who never sees the master. Each slave runs its own branding, currency, pricing and customers. Masters set wholesale billing per slave (flat, per-mod or per-credit) with optional pre-paid wallet gates.
Will my customers ever see TunerSuite branding?
No. Every customer-facing surface is 100% white-label — your business name, logo, favicon, colours and domain on every screen, email, invoice, tuning certificate and download. The network layer speaks brand-neutrally, so even on a master-and-slave network your customers only ever see your brand.
What is ECU file service portal software?
ECU file service portal software is the platform a chiptuning shop uses to take a tuning order, receive the vehicle’s ECU file — a plain bench/boot read or a vendor-locked slave file — decrypt it when it’s locked, tune or match it, and deliver a flashable file — with branding, credits, invoicing and customer communication built in. TunerSuite Ultra is a self-hosted, white-label version you own outright, with native vendor decrypt/encrypt, AI File Match and an optional master-and-slave dealer network.
Something has stopped and I have a queue behind it. Who do I actually reach?
A person, on WhatsApp, at any hour — and it is one of the people who wrote the code. There is no first line, no ticket number and nobody asking you to clear your cache. That is what the £49.99 covers in the months you are busy enough to owe it, alongside every update, security patches and encrypted backups. A problem that is stopping work gets worked until it is fixed, and fixed means live on your portal and checked against the exact thing you reported, not fixed in code or fixed in the next build.
Will an update break something that was working?
Updates land outside your working hours, and you get the list of exactly what changes before it goes near your portal — nothing changes that was not on that list. Your prices, your services and your settings survive every release: a release is not allowed to flip a switch you chose or bring back something you removed. Those are gates the release has to pass before it can go out, not assurances on a web page.
Can I bring my existing customers and files across?
Yes, and we do it rather than you. Customer accounts and their credit balances, your service list and your prices come across from whatever you are running now — a rented portal, a spreadsheet, or a folder on a drive. Finished files come too wherever your current system will let you export them. It is included rather than quoted; you point the domain when it is ready, and your customers keep their logins and their balances.
