Early Adopter Program · First 50 licences
£699 setup — and that setup price is yours for good
TunerSuite Ultra is in the early-adopter window. The first 50 licences take the early-adopter setup of £699 instead of the £1,299 the setup fee becomes afterwards. When the price ramps, early licences are grandfathered — today’s price stays your price for the life of the licence.
Why the price is this low
You get a finished product at workshop-friendly money. We get a fleet of real installs to learn from, and references that bring in the next hundred. The early-adopter window is the partnership window — the workshops on it shape the next year of features.
What you actually pay
£699 setup, then £49.99 a month maintenance, included in every hosting plan and on your own server charged only in a month you deliver ten files or more. No per-user surcharge. No per-file billing. No revenue share. The licence itself is permanently yours. Minimum 5 years of security updates from your purchase date — with or without an active plan.
What’s locked in forever
Every premium plugin shipping today is included in your licence at no extra cost. AutoTuner Cloud Connector, AI File Editor, Gains API Cloud, Performance Dynograph, Alientech IXI Bridge — all included for the lifetime of your licence. After the 50-licence early-adopter cap, new buyers pay monthly for these plugins; you never do.
The countdown
When the first 50 early-adopter licences are claimed, the public setup fee moves to £1,299. Workshops on an early-adopter licence stay at £699 setup. The AutoTuner and Alientech connectors are included in every licence — never sold on top. Today there’s still ample early-adopter capacity. See the full pricing table ↓
What it is
A complete file-service portal you fully own
TunerSuite Ultra is a complete file-service portal that runs on your own server, under your own name. Customers send ECU files through a guided wizard; your tuners work them through a real multi-technician queue with credits, invoicing, branded dyno sheets and delivery notices straight to Telegram or WhatsApp. Your own website can show your real power figures. About thirty minutes to install — or take managed hosting and we put it live for you the same day.

Who runs TunerSuite Ultra today
Workshops with a real customer queue. Mobile operators charging out of a van. Dyno centres branding their gains as files. Resellers managing a network of sub-tuners. First-time shops launching online without paying SaaS rent.
Independent workshops
Replace the WhatsApp + email mess. Customers self-serve through a wizard; staff handle real files instead of admin.
Mobile / roadside tuners
Quote, take payment, deliver the file from the seat of the van. Mobile-friendly admin; SSE keeps the queue live.
Dyno centres
Pull real curves into a branded PDF and hand the customer something that justifies the bill. 1-click publish to the portal.
File-service resellers & franchises
Skill-based assignment, commission ledger, sub-tuner scoreboard. Run one portal — or a network of branch / sub-dealer portals that auto-route their files to a master via Cross-Portal Sync.
Answering · escalating · delivering
Your shop keeps working when nobody is at the desk
A question at eleven at night is answered from your own data — the car, the ECU, the stage, the revision history and what you charge for it. A file you have solved before goes back out on its own, completes itself and takes the credit. You are pulled in only when a person is genuinely needed, and by then the whole conversation is already in front of you.
Take the money, not the job
When the file is already in your library, AI File Match delivers it in seconds, auto-completes the request and charges the credit. No tuner opens it. Same money, none of the evening — and it re-checks the match through strict gates first, so a Stage 1 never ships to a Stage 2 request.
It hands over, then it hands back
When the assistant cannot answer, it escalates for real: a ping, then a dot, then a pulsing badge in the nav. Still nobody? It asks again after a day and returns the thread to the assistant after two, so a forgotten conversation never sits silently in front of a customer.
Your customers talk to it where they already are
In your portal and on Telegram, in their own language, with your branding on it. It answers from the actual job — not a generic bot that has never seen the car.
Take over mid-sentence, on either channel
Type one reply from the support console and the assistant steps aside for that conversation. Hand it back when you are done. The customer sees one continuous thread either way.
One inbox instead of five
Customers, connected dealers and job threads in a single place, with unread counted per person rather than per portal, and a reply box on the row itself.
Conversations that follow you around the portal
Open a thread and it rides along as a chat head while you work anywhere else — the queue, a request, the settings. No going back to find where you were.
A console for the answers, and a memory
Review what it said, draft or improve a reply before it goes, and save a good human answer straight into the knowledge it draws on next time. It gets better at your shop specifically.
Your own website joins in
A WordPress plugin drops your live vehicle data, your real stock-vs-tuned figures and a working booking diary onto your own pages with one shortcode — on a key that only works from your domain.
Pick your configuration
Three products. One platform.
The same platform ships in three commercial shapes — buy the shape your business has today, and change shape later without migrating, because it is all one codebase underneath. And there are no file caps anywhere in the software — the same platform is optimised for a solo shop and for large-scale operations pushing thousands of files a day.
1 · Standalone portal — £699 setup + £49.99/mo maintenance
One shop, owned outright. Everything on this page — the wizard, vendor connectors, smart matching, Vehicle Hub, billing, white-label — all of it. Early-adopter setup; £1,299 once the allocation sells out. This product page is the Standalone license.
2 · Master portal — priced to your business
The network hub. Everything in Standalone plus the network layer: requests flow in from your sub-dealers, wholesale pricing and credit lines per dealer, per-dealer feature switches applied instantly, a network-wide money view, and one vehicle-lookup account shared across the whole network. Contact us.
3 · Slave portal — priced per sub-dealer
A complete TunerSuite portal — the same features as a Standalone — plus the network link. Their own domain, customers, retail prices and language; each dealer sees only their own customers. Who tunes is the master’s call: the dealer can tune files themselves with your approval, route everything to you for a commission, or any split you both agree — billed wholesale against a credit line you set. Add portals one at a time as the network grows. Contact us.
Master ⇆ Slave network — bundled
Starting a network from day one? Master plus your first sub-dealer portals are quoted as one bundle, with migration from your old system included. Tell us how many dealers you have and we price it to your business. Talk to us.
Master control · Features & Permissions
Every feature is a switch — per portal, and per dealer
On your own portal, everything from the games to the dyno studio has an on/off switch in the Settings Hub. Running a network? Every sub-dealer gets a Features & Permissions panel of its own — you flip a switch on the master and it applies on the dealer’s portal instantly. No redeploy, no visit, no support ticket.
Solo today, team tomorrow
One tuner? Switch the technician system off and run a clean, easy, full-featured solo portal — no team overhead anywhere. Hire people later and flip it on: tuner accounts, specialisations, commissions, payouts and five request-routing strategies appear, ready to use.
“Own tuning” — the master switch per dealer
Off, a dealer is pure intake: everything they upload forwards to you. On, the dealer tunes files themselves — with your approval, tool by tool. From “intake only” to a full tuning operation, the arrangement is whatever you two agree.
File tools, granted one by one
Upload tuned files · vendor connectors (decrypt & encrypt) · one-click decrypt · hex editor · DTC editor · Dyno Studio — each its own switch. Dyno Studio is independent, so even an intake-only dealer can produce branded dyno sheets.
AI, per dealer
AI File Editor · AI File Match · AI File Database · knowledge search — grant them to your power dealers, keep them off for intake-only portals. You decide who gets the expensive toys.
Hubs, workspace — even the dashboard
Vehicle Hub · Marketing & Knowledge · Community Hub · technician system · report-a-bug · performance switcher — and every dashboard widget individually: KPI cards, revenue, market intelligence, operations, client intelligence, staff, visitor analytics, business tips, even the game leaderboard. A dealer’s portal shows exactly what you want it to show.
Billing, per dealer — four modes
Settle privately (out-of-band) · flat rate per request · per-modification rates · per slave credit — plus a wholesale price list, the dealer’s own billing currency, payment terms in days, and a credit line: block at zero, or let a trusted dealer run negative up to a limit you set.
See it yourself: open the live demo, log in as admin with one click, and browse the Settings Hub — every switch on this page is real and clickable.
How it scales with your shop
Same product. Six different shops. Six different modes.
TunerSuite Ultra ships in one box. The shape it takes depends on how you turn the dials in Settings Hub. A solo tuner runs it stripped down for speed; a workshop with three tuners runs it as a multi-user queue with commissions; a master operator running a network of branded sub-dealer portals runs it as a hub. Every mode below is supported by the same install — not a different SKU, not a hidden feature, not an upcharge. Switch modes from Settings, no migration.
You alone. Customers self-serve through the wizard, you handle every file. Wizard pre-fills vehicle from VIN auto-detect, you tune, click Encrypt, customer gets notified on Telegram + WhatsApp + email. No team config to think about.
Activate: default state after install. No setup. The Tuner Specializations tab in Settings Hub is hidden until you create a second tuner account.
Where to find: Settings Hub → Platform → Working hours (set your office hours so customers know when to expect a turn-around).
Tuner with a team
Mode 2 / 6
You + 2-10 tuners. Each tuner has their own login, their own assignment queue, their own commission ledger with row-locks for concurrency. 5 auto-assignment strategies decide who picks the next job: Manual / Round Robin / Skill-Based / Timezone-Aware / Hybrid.
Activate: Create tuner accounts under Admin Users tab. Mark each tuner’s specializations (which ECU families they handle).
Where to find: Settings Hub → Admin Users (create tuners) → Tuner Specializations (lock skills) → Commerce → Commission Rates (set percentages).
Workshop / garage
Mode 3 / 6
Physical shop, walk-ins + online customers, dyno. Customer drops car off, you read the ECU, upload via the wizard, customer fills the rest by SMS / WhatsApp / link sent to their phone. Dyno Studio generates a branded PDF dyno sheet with the curve and your shop’s letterhead — customer leaves with the gain on paper.
Activate: Enable Dyno Studio in Settings Hub → Dyno. Upload your shop logo + watermark.
Where to find: Settings Hub → Platform → Branding (logo, colours, address printed on dyno PDFs) → Dyno (watermark, rating gate, share link).
Selling files to other workshops. Your customers ARE other tuning shops. Each one needs their own credit balance, their own pricing tier, their own download history. Bundle deals (e.g. your own price for 5 files, for 10 and for 50) tracked automatically. AI File Editor + 3D heatmap viewer for advanced clients who want to inspect before they buy.
Activate: Create a “reseller” role under Admin Users with custom pricing. Use the Pricing Matrix to override per-customer rates.
Where to find: Settings Hub → Commerce → Credit Packages (set bundle prices) → Pricing Matrix (per-customer overrides) → Customer API Keys (let resellers integrate with their own portal).
Master — network hub
Mode 5 / 6
You sit on top of sub-dealer portals. Each sub-dealer runs their own branded portal on their own domain — you receive every file submitted on every sub-dealer portal into one Master Dashboard. Master Dashboard at-a-glance: 4 KPI cards, top sub-dealer rankings, 5-state activity vocabulary, Money tab (Retail 30d / Wholesale 30d / Paid lifetime / Outstanding), Network Customers roster across the entire network, 4 billing modes per sub-dealer with wholesale snapshots frozen at receive. End customer never knows a Master tuned the file.
Activate: Set Portal Role to “Master” in Settings Hub. Add each sub-dealer’s portal URL + identifier under the Network tab.
Where to find: Settings Hub → Network → Portal Role (switch to Master) → Sub-dealer roster (add each portal) → Billing modes (per sub-dealer rate cards) → Master Dashboard becomes your post-login landing page.
Sub-dealer (slave)
Mode 6 / 6
Branded shop, master handles the file in the back. Customer walks into YOUR shop, submits on YOUR portal in YOUR branding, sees YOUR pricing. The Master receives a copy with full context, tunes, the result routes back to you with status + customer notification firing in YOUR branding. Customer never sees a Master existed. You keep the retail margin; Master invoices you wholesale.
Activate: Set Portal Role to “Slave” in Settings Hub. Paste the Master portal’s URL + identifier. Master approves the link.
Where to find: Settings Hub → Network → Portal Role (switch to Slave) → Master URL + Identifier → Test connection (synthetic routing). Optional: “Both” role if you’re a sub-dealer who also has their own sub-dealers under you.
Switch any time, no migration. Today a solo tuner, next year a workshop with a team, year after running a network of sub-dealers — the same install carries you through. Switching mode flips the relevant UI surfaces on/off (Tuner Specializations tab, Master Dashboard, Sub-dealer roster) but never touches your customer data. Every mode supports light + dark, mobile + desktop, 11 languages, 25 country tax profiles, 4 payment gateways, and the same plugin Marketplace.

Customer experienceFor the people buying tuning from you
Customer experience
What your customer actually sees
A branded portal on your domain. A guided wizard. A fast file. They never see TunerSuite, never see how the file is produced, never log in to anyone else’s site. The whole transaction lives inside your brand.
Self-service signup & account
Customer registers in seconds. Welcome credits land in their wallet so they can try the platform before paying.
5-step file-request wizard
Vehicle → ECU → modifications → binary upload → review & pay. Auto-detect fills VIN, hardware number and software number from the uploaded binary.
AI Smart-Search
When the customer doesn’t know the codes, fuzzy search resolves "Passat 2.0 TDI 2015 140hp" to the right vehicle and ECU.
My Files dashboard
Real-time service history. Status updates push live via SSE — no refreshing the page to see when the file is ready.
Support tickets in-portal
Customer raises a ticket from any file request. Threaded replies, status flags, file attachments — all branded.
Credit wallet & promo codes
Decimal credits with full ledger. Promo codes for first-order discount, loyalty top-up, partner referral.
11 languages, real translations
English, Romanian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Finnish, Hindi, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese. Community-translated — not Google-rendered.
Multi-currency display
Prices shown in the customer’s locale; gateway settles in your bank’s currency. EU VAT applied automatically.
Tuner workflowFor the people producing tuning files
Tuner workflow
From upload to delivered file
Your team handles files, not admin. Skill-based queue. Commission tracked per assignment. Internal notes that the customer never sees. Full audit trail of every action.
Stage 01
Customer submits
5-step wizard. Auto-detect of VIN, hardware number and software number from the binary upload. AI Smart-Search resolves the vehicle and ECU. Promo codes, credits and bundle pricing applied automatically. Pre-payment checksum-validity sniff before charging.
Stage 02
Tuner or admin handles it
Assignment by skill, vehicle brand or simple round-robin. Tuner decides whether to edit the file manually, deliver a verified one from the catalog, or hand off to the AI File Editor. Customer doesn’t see the choice — only the delivered file.
Stage 03
Delivered, branded, billed
Signed expiring download URL. Branded PDF dyno sheet with the customer’s name, plate, VIN and your logo. PDF VAT invoice. Multi-channel notification — email, Telegram, WhatsApp, browser push, or in-portal live feed.
Admin cockpitFor the owner running the business
Admin cockpit
Everything the owner needs in one place
Real-time revenue, file-throughput charts, tuner performance, customer LTV. Configurable from the Settings Hub — no code edits. A 7-year audit log records every privileged action.
Financial analytics
Revenue by day / week / month / year, conversion funnels, top services, customer LTV. Export to CSV or Excel.
Per-ECU pricing matrix
Set base prices per stage; override by ECU family, vehicle brand, fuel type. Decimal credits. Bundle discounts.
Multi-tuner commission ledger
Percentage commission per stage, per ECU or per tuner. Auto-calculated on file completion. Tuner scoreboard, monthly payout report.
3 auto-assignment strategies
Round-robin, skill-based or hybrid. Tag tuners with ECU expertise; files route to the right person automatically with manual override.
Vehicle catalog management
Admin can import vehicles, merge duplicates, dedupe engines, override power / torque / fuel-type per row. Pre-seeded catalog stays editable.
Bulk operations
Bulk-update modification prices, bulk-email customers, bulk-assign roles, bulk-process tuner payouts — every action audit-logged.
7-year audit log
Every login, every refund, every file delivery, every settings change — recorded with actor, timestamp, IP, and old/new value.
CSV / Excel exports for accounting
Invoices, credit transactions, refunds, tuner payouts, pricing snapshots — one-click export. Hand-off ready for the bookkeeper. Lexware (German ERP) sync available as an integration.

Built-in diagnostic-trouble-code database. Add custom codes, override descriptions, attach hints — available across the file workflow.
Demo mode
Switch the portal into demo mode for sales calls. All write operations are blocked so a prospect can’t break your live data.
Editable legal pages
Terms, Privacy, Refund Policy, About, Contact — all editable in the portal admin. No theme code touched.
GDPR export & erase
One-click export of any customer’s data; one-click erase on request, while preserving anonymised audit trail for compliance.
AI & automationFor the routine work the system handles
AI & automation
The system carries the routine work
Three things that cut tuner time to zero on routine files. The system reads the binary, identifies the vehicle, and — when a verified match exists — delivers the file without anyone touching it.
Auto-detect from binary
Drop the customer’s BIN on the wizard; the analyser extracts VIN, hardware number, software number and ECU family before they finish typing. Pre-fills the vehicle picker.
100% Smart-Match auto-deliver
When the binary matches a file already produced for the exact ECU + software + checksum, the tuned file is delivered automatically — tuner workload zero, customer wait time seconds.
AI Smart-Search
Fuzzy resolver for the 10,000-engine catalog. Customer types "1.6 TDI 105hp Golf" — the system suggests the exact engine + ECU. Cuts wrong-vehicle requests dramatically.
Optional — TunerSuite Network: opt in and your matched files draw from a shared pool of files tuned by other workshops on the network. Sharing is opt-in only — your data stays private by default. The network currently grows ~50–100 verified files per day.
Premium plugins (free for early adopters)
AI File Editor, Gains API Cloud and more
Premium plugins ship inside the portal and update in one click. Today’s early-adopter licenses get every premium plugin we have built — and every one we ship in the future — free, forever.
AI File Editor
Browser-based ECU map editor with a 3-D heatmap viewer, Map Influence overlay, auto-sync of edits across linked maps, and a Live Dyno HUD that projects HP/Nm in real time while you edit. Built-in interactive hex editor with value validation, automatic checksum recalculation, and before/after binary diff alignment. Compatible with the major ECU families (Bosch, Continental, Delphi, Marelli, Denso, Siemens).
Alientech IXI Bridge — session-UUID decrypt & encrypt round-trip
For workshops working off Alientech tools (KESS3, K-Tag, Powergate). The customer reads the ECU on their bench — the encrypted binary lands inside an Alientech IXI Center session. Instead of any file upload, they paste the Session UUID into the wizard and the portal does the full round-trip:
· Pull & decrypt — the portal pulls the binary out of the IXI session as a ready-to-edit file. The encrypted slave file never sits on the customer’s machine, the tuner’s bench, or your portal as an opaque blob; it arrives in the tuner’s queue as a normal BIN ready for the AI File Editor, manual edit, or auto-match against the catalogue.
· Tune — the tuner produces the modified file inside the portal: AI File Editor with 3-D heatmap and Live Dyno HUD, manual map work, or deliver a verified-match instantly — the choice is the tuner’s.
· Push & encrypt — the portal pushes the tuned file back into the SAME IXI session, IXI re-encrypts for the customer’s tool, and the customer flashes from their bench. The Session UUID is the only thing that changes hands at any step.
No file upload from the customer, no email handover, no manual decrypt step on the bench, no plaintext slave file leaving the loop. Live in v2.8.105+.
AutoTuner Cloud Connector
One-click decrypt on slave file upload, one-click re-encrypt on download. Master tuners stop pasting files into the AutoTuner web helpdesk; the portal does the round-trip in the background. Connects with your existing AutoTuner master subscription. Cross-portal cache means a file already decrypted by another workshop on the network is served instantly — zero vendor cost. Included in every licence.
Gains API Cloud
A drop-in API for your customer-facing website. When a visitor looks up a vehicle, your site shows your HP / torque / stage gains and your fuel-saving figures — not generic defaults. Real data, your authorship, your branding. Embeddable widget + JSON API + SVG dyno chart.
Performance Dynograph
Branded PDF dyno sheets. Real curves pulled from the Gains DB, not estimates. Customer name, plate, VIN, your logo, your contact — PDF in one click, customer can also download it themselves. Correction-standard selector (NACA 90 / SAE / JIS) saved per request.
In-portal Marketplace
One-click install, update or uninstall of premium plugins from the admin UI. No FTP, no composer, no terminal. Plugins are digitally signed and integrity-checked at every load.
More plugins shipping
Marketplace is the delivery channel for everything we build next. Customer-portal embed widget, sub-tuner reseller billing, ECU-knowledge KB, vehicle-recall integration. Every plugin we ship lands free on your install if you’re on an early-adopter license.
Cross-Portal Sync · new
Route file requests between your own TunerSuite installs
For operators who run more than one portal — a main shop with branch portals, a parent business with sub-dealer installs, or a franchise with regional fronts on different domains. Configure any portal as a standalone, master, slave, or both node. Slave portals auto-forward every new file request to the master’s tuning queue; the master tuner finishes the work, and the status & tuned file push back to the slave so the end-customer’s “ready to download” trigger fires on the same portal they originally submitted to.
Four node roles
Standalone — portal stays isolated, no routing. Master — receives work from your slave portals. Slave — routes new requests outbound. Both — receives AND routes. Switch role from the Settings Hub at any time.
Invisible to the end customer
The customer submits on the slave portal, sees their familiar status flow, and downloads from the same portal. They never know which physical install actually performed the work. End-to-end your branding, your domain, your invoice.
Hourly reconciliation
Operator-configured timeout slider (1–168 hours, default 24). If a routing is in-flight longer than the timeout, the slave automatically reverts the local file request to “pending” so a local tuner can pick it up — no stuck customer requests, no manual chasing.
Master dashboard widget & activity feed
Master and “both” role portals get a live summary on the main admin dashboard: total incoming, completed in the last 24 hours, in-flight, average latency (p50 & p95), daily-volume chart, status breakdown, top-slaves table, and latest-routings table. Live activity feed with filter chips, search, and per-row retry on any failed routing.
Per-portal identity, one-click rotation
Every portal that opts in gets its own identifier on the network. Test connection, run a health check, force re-register, and send a synthetic test routing — all from the same Settings panel. Rotating the identity instantly retires any in-flight outbound routing so a stale key cannot keep delivering work to the wrong partner.
Sub-dealer & franchise pattern — a main shop runs the master portal; each branch / sub-dealer runs their own portal on their own domain, with their own branding and their own customer base. Customers submit at the branch they trust, and the experienced tuners at HQ handle the file. Everything rolls up to one inbox without forcing the end-customer to leave the shop they signed up with. Free with every TunerSuite Ultra license — no extra plugin to install.
Master Dashboard · new this quarter
Run a network of sub-dealer portals like a single business
When your shop is the hub for several sub-dealer portals, the Master Dashboard becomes your post-login landing page. One screen shows the entire network pipeline, every sub-dealer’s activity, every end-customer across every portal, and the wholesale economics behind every request. Bidirectional sync means the completed file routes back to the originating sub-dealer’s customer in their branding, fully transparent — the end customer never knows a Master was involved.
4KPI cards at-a-glance
5Activity states per sub-dealer
4Billing modes you can mix
2Visibility planes: retail & wholesale
How a cross-portal request flows
1. End customer uploads a file on the sub-dealer’s portal in his branding.
2. Sub-dealer marks it “send to master” (or auto-forwards on the same domain).
3. Master receives the file with full context — vehicle, ECU, modifications, retail price, wholesale price, 5-state activity badge on the sub-dealer who sent it, purple gradient row + left accent bar marking it cross-portal.
4. Master tuner works the file (or auto-delivers from the Tuning Library — see AI Match below).
5. Completed file + status + customer notification propagate back to the sub-dealer’s portal. End customer gets email / WhatsApp / Telegram in his branding.
What you see at login as a Master
4 live KPI cards: Pending · In Progress · Completed Today · 7-day Volume.
Pipeline bar chart: stacked status across the whole network.
Top sub-dealers: ranked by 30-day volume, retail vs wholesale split.
Recent activity: live inbound timeline across every connected portal.
Alerts: stuck requests, disputes, low credit balance.
5-state activity: Active <1h · Recently <24h · Idle 1–7d · Dormant >7d · Blocked.
4 billing modes per sub-dealer
Out-of-band — private settlement, system tracks volume only.
Flat per request — one wholesale charge regardless of complexity.
Per modification — JSON rate card per service (Stage 1 = X, DPF = Y).
Per slave credit — multiplier × the sub-dealer’s own per-credit charge.
Wholesale charge is frozen at receive — future rate changes never retro-bill historic requests.
Two-plane visibility: retail + wholesale
Every cross-portal request shows BOTH the retail the sub-dealer charged HIS customer AND the wholesale the sub-dealer owes YOU. The spread row makes the margin explicit:
Sub-dealer keeps: 85 cr retail − 40 cr wholesale = 45 cr
Amber warning if the spread is ever negative. Plain-English headings: “What <Sub-dealer> charged THEIR end-customer” / “What YOU charge <Sub-dealer> (your invoice)”.
Money tab — network-wide cash view
Retail 30d · Wholesale 30d · Paid lifetime · Outstanding (highlighted amber).
Per-sub-dealer table with billing mode, 30-day volume, paid amount, and outstanding balance. Per-row drill-down editor with mode selector, currency, wholesale rate, payment terms override.
Network Customers & Portal Users
Network Customers: unified view of every end-customer across every sub-dealer. Job counts, retail spent, wholesale generated, live credit balance, per-customer drill-down with complete submission history.
Portal Users: every identity (admin / tuner / customer) across the Master + every connected sub-dealer in one searchable view. Role badges, last-seen, file-count, cross-portal search.
Never mix up a cross-portal request again. Every request originating from a sub-dealer is rendered with a purple gradient + 3-pixel left accent bar across every list view (grid, table, kanban). Mobile uses a top-edge ribbon. “via Sub-dealer” pill on every row. The Master sidebar auto-streamlines when you log in as Master — personal-customer items (My Requests, My Invoices, customer credit widget) hide; only the network items remain. Standalone portals are completely unchanged.
Free with every TunerSuite Ultra license — no extra plugin to install. If you want extra sub-dealer portals on different domains with their own branding and their own customer base, each sub-dealer portal is licensed separately (contact for multi-portal quotes). The Master Dashboard, billing modes, Money tab, Network Customers roster and bidirectional sync all ship in the core today.
AI Match + Tuning Library · new
Re-deliver work you’ve already done — safely, with a 16-gate stack
When the same software/hardware/SHA combination uploaded by any tuner on YOUR network has been tuned before, the new request flags as a match. You can review, gate, and re-deliver the previous tune instantly — the customer pays no extra vendor decrypt fee, the tuner is not redoing the same work from scratch. Default OFF; opt in deliberately, in stages, with an audit log on every decision and a 24-hour Undo window on every delivery.
Mode 1 / 4
Off
Library builds passively. Zero auto-delivery. Default state. The system records every completed tune and learns vehicle attributions in the background — without ever pushing a file to a customer automatically.
Mode 2 / 4
Confirm
Match found → flagged in the UI with a match-score ring → admin clicks “Send as revision” to deliver. Human in the loop on every delivery. Good for the first 30 days while you build a feel for what the system flags.
Mode 3 / 4
Simulate
Gate stack evaluates every request, no delivery happens. The audit log shows “WOULD have delivered” with full reason trace. Run this for 7 days, watch the system reason, then flip to Live with confidence.
Mode 4 / 4
Live
Fully autonomous. All 16 gates pass → file delivered + customer notified in seconds. 24-hour Undo window on every delivery. Emergency Pause one-click kill switch flips back to Off instantly if something looks wrong at 2 AM.
16-gate safety stack
Every gate must pass — cheapest first — first failure short-circuits with audit reason
No request reaches auto-delivery without surviving every check. The stack is ordered cheapest-first so the system bails out before doing expensive work on a request that’s going to fail anyway.

03 Per-request manual-review flag not set
04 Request younger than 24 hours

What the audit log actually shows
Every decision is logged. Every refusal has a reason.
The 16-gate stack writes a single audit-log row per request, regardless of outcome. The row shows which gates passed, which gate failed first (if any), what the input looked like, and what the system decided to do. This is the same trace whether the mode is Off, Confirm, Simulate or Live — only the action changes. Below is what a real log entry looks like for each outcome.

Decisions audit-logged
The default mode is Off. Move to Confirm to see what the system flags. Stay there until you trust it. Switch to Simulate to watch the gate decisions for 7 days. Only then flip to Live. At every stage, the audit log is the source of truth — readable, exportable, immutable.
Available Suggestions panel
Below the ECU Analysis card on every request, previously-tuned files matching the same ECU appear with match-score rings (green ≥90, cyan 70–89, amber <70), source attribution, exact-match badges, live modification chips from your catalogue, and a one-click “Send as revision” button. Add a new modification to your catalogue → it appears in suggestion panels within minutes.
Attribution learning store
Keyed by software + hardware + ECU family. Tracks make / model / generation / engine with confidence scores per file fingerprint:
+3 customer-confirmed vehicle
+5..+8 tuner accepted suggestion as-is
+12..+15 tuner corrected suggestion (corrects + penalises wrong one)
Next matching upload auto-fills the vehicle picker. After 3–6 months of operation the portal knows your customer base better than you do.
24-hour Undo window
Every auto-delivered request opens a 24h window for admin revert. One click: deletes the revision, reopens the request, refunds credits, notifies the customer “we’re re-checking your file”. Zero data destruction. No support-ticket scramble at 2 AM.
Emergency Pause & VIN privacy
Emergency Pause: one-click global kill switch flips mode to Off instantly.
VIN privacy: masks VIN everywhere it could leak (WVW***JB123456). Mode controls persistence to disk — manufacturer-prefix-only by default. The original tuner’s customer is never identified to your customer.
Settings Hub → AI Match tab — live status hero (Off / Confirm / Simulate / Live) with Pause kill switch · 24h stats (Delivered, Simulated, Blocked, Avg score) · strictness controls (byte-exact, vehicle-exact, mods-exact LOCKED, min score 70–100) · source trust knobs (fleet-only toggle, min acceptance %, min experience) · ECU allowlist auto-built from your catalogue · volume + circuit-breaker limits · VIN privacy mode selector · attribution toggle · recent-decisions audit log (20 entries) with failure reasons · onboarding walkthrough + 6-entry FAQ. Free with every TunerSuite Ultra license — ships in the core.
New flagship — Vehicle Hub
One page that turns a number plate into a sale
Vehicle Hub is a single lookup page for your whole operation — staff, sub-dealers and (if you choose) your customers. Type a UK registration or pick the car manually, and the portal answers with everything needed to quote and win the job. Included in every license; every switch lives in the Settings Hub.
Plate in, car out
A UK number-plate lookup decodes the vehicle and matches it to your own catalogue — year-scoped, so a Golf 6 never comes back as a Golf 5. No plate? A make / model / generation / engine cascade gets everyone to the same result — and a wrong match is re-picked in one click, nothing is forced.
The full spec sheet
Grouped panels a professional can scan in seconds: engine & performance (variant, engine code, aspiration, fuel, capacity, power, torque), emissions, transmission & drive, and registration — with the vehicle photo where the data provider supplies one.
The right ECU — and the right tools
The ECU family and variants come from your own catalogue with tool-compatibility chips, so the tuner knows exactly how the car reads before it ever arrives at the workshop.
Gains you can stand behind
Per-stage power and torque from your own catalogue figures — the software never invents a number. Animated before → after headline, dual-axis power + torque curves — and your real measured run overlaid with a “Measured dyno” badge once you publish a dyno report for that engine.
Quote on screen, PDF in hand
The job is priced live from your own pricing rules, including per-ECU overrides, and exports as a branded PDF quote valid 30 days — your logo, your company details, your prices. One click continues into the file request wizard.
Crowdsourced vehicle knowledge
Your team and dealers attach practical know-how to any vehicle — read method, tools, tips, plus photos of the ECU location and OBD port. Submissions wait in your approval queue; approved notes show to everyone on the next lookup.
Network-aware from day one
Every lookup shows how many finished files your network already holds for that engine. Masters share one vehicle-data account with every sub-dealer portal — one bill, daily caps and staff exemptions you control, with a live usage read-out.
In your pocket too
Staff can look a car up without opening the portal: send the plate to your Telegram bot and get the vehicle and its gains straight back in chat. Plus a dashboard quick-lookup widget with deep links for the front desk.
Recently Shipped
The newest capabilities — free in your license
Everything below shipped recently and reaches every license through the Update Center. No add-ons, no extra fee.
Vehicle Hub — plate to quote
Type a UK number plate or pick the car — full spec sheet, the right ECU with tool compatibility, catalogue-verified gains with power & torque curves, crowdsourced vehicle knowledge with photos, and a branded PDF quote valid 30 days. See the full section above.
Deliver files right in the chat
Attach the tuned file to the request conversation and it is delivered as a proper revision — versioned, logged and downloadable from the customer’s file page, not lost in a message thread.
Never miss a waiting customer
Any request with an unanswered message carries a pulsing chat badge in the queue — for staff and for customers — and a live conversation counter sits next to the bell on every page.
Per-dealer feature switches
Running a network? Switch entire modules on or off per sub-dealer from the master — the change lands on the dealer’s portal instantly. Sell features dealer by dealer, no redeploy, no support ticket.
Colour palettes, fully yours
Pick a theme, then customise every colour — primary, accents, surfaces, sidebar, navbar — separately for dark and light mode, straight from the Settings Hub. Your portal, your exact brand colours.
Email template builder
Personalise every email your customers receive — subject and content — from a visual builder in the Settings Hub. Click-to-insert placeholders for live data, a real-time preview, a one-click test send, and email-wide branding (logo, accent, footer and signature). No code, no developer.
Simple or full customer view
Give customers a clean, no-scroll file page — original file, tuned file, certificate and a single support box — or the full detailed view. Switchable per portal from the Settings Hub; you and your tuners always keep the full view.
Many tuned versions per file
Keep multiple tuned variants under one original. A repeat job that matches exactly is delivered instantly, with no re-tuning.
Vehicle-type pricing
Price cars, vans, trucks, tractors and agricultural machines differently — a surcharge and/or multiplier per type, auto-selected from the chosen vehicle.
Dyno sheets & certificates
Branded tuning certificates and dyno result sheets your customers download alongside their finished file.
Finance & pay-later plans
Offer instalment plans — including Payment Assist — and track them against each customer’s account.
Regional & postcode tax
Per-country and per-postcode tax rules — for example IGIC in the Canary Islands — layered on top of automatic multi-country VAT.
Smart request auto-fill
The request page recognises a file by its hardware/software ID and pre-fills the vehicle from your past jobs, with optional number-plate lookup.
Optional power-ups
Switch on when you need them: slave-file connectors for AutoTuner, Alientech KESS3 and bFlash from the in-app Marketplace; invoice sync to accounting platforms such as Holded (Veri*factu for Spain); and an in-portal AI assistant (beta).
AI Assistant (beta)
An in-portal copilot for admins that answers plain-language questions from your real portal data and performs actions with a confirm step — add credits, refund, assign a tuner, change a status, draft a dyno sheet, look up a number plate, or pull live revenue and server stats. Works in-app and over Telegram/WhatsApp.
Credit Payments register
Settings → Credit Payments lists every customer payment next to its invoice and shows whether each invoice went out as company (B2B) or private — with a mismatch flag, so a “company got a private invoice” mistake is caught before your accountant sees it.
Network credit lines
Sub-dealer wallets can run into a controlled minus up to an optional limit you set per dealer, so their files keep flowing while they top up. A flashing dashboard alert warns the dealer the moment the balance goes negative.
Tuning Matrix + DTC Editor
A wizard mod-picker with per-ECU pricing, fuel filtering and bundle discounts, plus a 113-code DTC database with live search and one-click mod-to-codes suggestions. The worklist attaches to the request — you mask the codes in your own editor.
Command palette (Ctrl/⌘+K)
Jump to any request, customer or setting from one keyboard shortcut — the fastest way around the portal on a busy day.
Two themes · six palettes
Two premium themes with six colour palettes — per-user choice with an admin default — plus custom background photography. All of it under your brand, never ours.
Communication
Reach customers where they already are
Six surfaces, all built in. Live chat on every file request, Telegram bot for staff, WhatsApp for customers, email for invoices, browser push for urgent alerts, in-portal SSE for live queue updates. Configurable per event and per role from the Settings Hub.
Live chat on every file request
Customer and tuner talk directly on the request — the thread stays attached to the job forever. Attach the tuned file in chat and it’s delivered as a versioned revision. Unanswered messages pulse a badge on the queue, a live counter sits next to the bell, and every message fans out to Telegram, email and push per your notification rules.
Telegram bot for staff
New-request alerts in your tuner team chat. Bot commands to claim a file, mark a stage complete, request a checksum, pull a customer’s recent history. Per-tuner DM channel for sensitive alerts.
WhatsApp click-to-chat
Every file-request page has a one-click WhatsApp link that pre-fills the request ID. Customers reach the right tuner in seconds. Outbound notifications via your WhatsApp Business or Twilio backbone.
Email with custom branding
Bring your own SMTP or API sender (Brevo, Mailgun, Postmark, SendGrid, raw SMTP). Custom sender domain, custom HTML templates, full preview before send.
Push + in-portal live feed
Browser push (OneSignal) for urgent alerts. In-portal SSE keeps the queue updating in real time without the user refreshing — tuner sees new files appear instantly.
AI support & knowledge
AI that answers like your shop — not like a chatbot
An optional AI support assistant for your customers and your team — grounded in the knowledge base you curate, running on your own AI key. Off by default; one toggle when you’re ready.
AI support assistant
Customers get instant answers around the clock — order status questions, what a service includes, what to upload. Staff can use it too. Your team keeps full visibility of the conversations, and you can switch it off any time.
It knows what to tell your customers
The assistant answers from the knowledge base you build in the portal — your procedures, your prices, your policies, your tone. No generic AI waffle, no invented promises: you decide what it knows.
Marketing Hub
An in-portal announcement board customers actually see: posts with video, images and attachments, pinned to the top, targeted at everyone or staff only — new services, price changes, holiday hours.
Knowledge Hub
The workshop’s know-how in one library — vehicle notes, read methods, tool tips and photos, approved by you and shared with the team and your dealers. The same knowledge your AI assistant draws on.

Finance-grade operations
Billing & invoicing your accountant will sign off on
Workshops with a finance department asked, so here it is in detail: every payment in produces a real, numbered, compliant document — automatically — and the whole tax layer is configurable per country without touching code.
Automatic PDF invoices on every payment
The moment a credit purchase settles, a PDF invoice is generated, stored and linked to the transaction. Sequential, year-scoped numbering with your own prefix and an editable next-number counter — e.g. ACME-2026-0042. Webhook replays can never create duplicates.
Your full company identity on every document
Logo, registered address, tax & VAT IDs, company registration number, director, phone, bank details (IBAN / BIC), custom footer text and even the line-item wording — all set once in Settings, rendered on every invoice. Rebrand later? Regenerate any PDF with the new identity, the transaction data stays untouched.
B2B and B2C, separated properly
Customer company name and VAT number are captured on the invoice at purchase time. The admin Credit Payments register shows every payment in — searchable by customer, company or invoice number — with a company-vs-private badge and a mismatch flag that catches the classic mistake: a company purchase that got a private invoice.
Multi-country VAT engine
Per-country rates you edit yourself, EU cross-border reverse-charge for B2B customers with a VAT number, small-business exemption, and postcode-level special zones — Canary Islands IGIC and Madeira included — each with its own tax label.
Not just VAT — real tax regimes
VAT, GST, IVA, MwSt, sales tax or no tax at all. Per-country tax-ID label and validation pattern, plus HSN / SAC commodity codes for GST markets. Sell from the UK, Germany, Spain, India or Brazil — the paperwork follows your rules.
Accounting sync built in
Push invoices automatically to Lexware (Germany) or Holded (Spain, Veri*factu-ready) with per-platform VAT mapping and control over whether documents are finalized. Your bookkeeper stops re-typing invoices.
Five payment gateways + manual
Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago and Payment Assist consumer finance — instalment plans your customer redeems for credits, with the monthly maths worked out to the penny. Optional per-gateway pass-through fee (percentage + fixed) if you want card costs covered.
Race-safe credit ledger
Every credit movement writes an immutable row with the balance after it — purchases, spends, refunds. Concurrent operations are locked at the database level, so two simultaneous payments can never corrupt a balance.
Promo codes with real rules
Fixed or percentage, minimum / maximum spend, total and per-customer usage caps, validity windows, first-order-only, email or domain restrictions, and targeting of specific credit packages.
Commission ledger & audit trail
Multi-tuner shop? Per-tuner earnings and payouts are tracked in the same race-safe ledger. And every admin action in the portal lands in a timestamped audit log — who changed what, when.
Run it your way
The Settings Hub — every switch is yours
One admin hub, ten tabs, hundreds of switches — and role-aware: tuners see the catalog tools they need, every configuration tab stays admin-only. Nothing here needs a developer.
Platform & identity
App name, business details, working hours (24/7 or a per-day grid), 11 languages, default timezone. Two full themes with a performance-tier system — ultra, balanced or saver — and per-feature toggles for animations, glows, blur and particles.
Colors & branding, dark and light
Logo, light-theme logo variant, favicon. A full color-palette editor for both dark and light mode — primary, accent, surfaces, sidebar, navbar, footer — plus glass opacity and blur sliders. Announcement banner, footer text and social links included.
Compose your own login page
Hero title and subtitle, three service chips with icons, section toggles, a choice of animated backgrounds — your first impression is configurable, not hardcoded.
Commerce, end to end
Currency, credit price, credit packages — and you can rename credits to anything (“points”, “tokens”, your call). Sub-dealer discount and surcharge percentages, welcome credits for new signups, pay-before-approval logic, editable FAQ blocks, and the entire tax & invoicing suite above.
Communications
SMTP with one-click test and auto-detect, Telegram bot, WhatsApp button, push notifications, live chat embed, a monthly email digest — and a low-credit alert ladder that nudges customers at 3, 2 and 1 credits across every channel.
AI controls
Every AI capability has its own switch — hex viewer, map viewer, DTC tools, live modifications — plus an auto-approve confidence threshold you set. Run the AI Assistant on managed mode or bring your own API key. Number-plate (VRM) lookup via DVLA or any custom REST provider you configure.
Content & legal, per language
Terms, privacy, refund, GDPR and cookie texts — each editable per language from the admin. B2B self-declaration at signup and manual approval of new registrations when you want a human gate.
System & safety
One-click updates with rollback and pre-update backups, database snapshots, the plugin Marketplace, vendor tool integrations, a timestamped audit log and an error log — all from the browser.
Network tab (master & slave installs)
Dealer portals, routing rules, live sync status, and a credit-line gate with per-dealer limits — run sub-dealers on prepaid, hard-stop at zero, or extend controlled credit.
And one for fun
A built-in arcade minigame with a leaderboard your customers can play while their file is being tuned — with its own settings tab, because why not.
Frequently asked
Answers to what most workshops ask first
What exactly do I get for £699?
A permanent licence for one domain, the full TunerSuite Ultra build, every premium plugin we currently ship, free installation by our team, and free data migration from your existing portal if you have one. Every core update, and engineer support, on the £49.99/month.
Is the £699 price going to stay?
Your setup price is fixed at what you paid. The setup fee for new customers becomes £1,299 when the first 50 early-adopter places are claimed — the live counter on this page shows how many are left. Your license is grandfathered at £699 forever — no surprise increases, no surprise plugin paywalls.
Do you offer hosting too?
Yes. Three managed-hosting tiers: Starter at £49.99 / month, Pro at £119 / month, File Service at £249 / month, maintenance included in each. We deploy your portal on our infrastructure, hand you a custom domain, and handle SSL, backups, monitoring and updates. You can move to / from self-host any time — license stays yours.
What hosting do I need for self-host?
Shared hosting works for a small workshop. A VPS with 2 GB RAM is comfortable for serious volume. A dedicated server handles a reseller network. PHP 8.2 or newer, MySQL 8.0+ or MariaDB 10.6+. If you’d rather not run the server, pick a managed-hosting tier (above).
Does the customer ever see "TunerSuite"?
No. The portal runs on your domain with your branding, your logo and your colors. Customer emails come from your address. Invoices show your business. The product is white-label end-to-end.
Who tunes the file — me or your team?
You do. TunerSuite Ultra is the platform; your in-house tuner or contractor handles the file. The Smart-Match auto-delivers when an exact ECU + software + checksum match exists. The Smart-Search and Auto-Detect help the tuner save time; the AI File Editor offers a 3-D heatmap and Live Dyno HUD when needed. But the final delivery decision is always the tuner’s.
What is the "TunerSuite Network" and is it mandatory?
It’s an opt-in pool of files tuned by other workshops on the network. When you opt in, your matched files draw from the pool; when you don’t, your database stays fully private. Either way, your customer data never leaves your install. Network growth currently ~50–100 verified files / day across all workshops.
Can I route file requests between multiple TunerSuite portals I own?
Yes — that’s Cross-Portal Sync, shipped in v2.8.124. Configure each portal as standalone, master, slave, or both from the Settings Hub. Slave portals auto-forward new requests to the master’s tuning queue; the customer never leaves the portal they submitted on, and the status syncs back to the slave once the master tuner finishes. Master dashboard widget, hourly reconciliation that auto-reverts stuck routings, and one-click per-portal identity rotation are all built in. Free with every license — no extra plugin to install.
How does the Alientech IXI Bridge handle encrypted slave files?
When a customer reads the ECU on a KESS3 / K-Tag / Powergate, the slave file lands inside an Alientech IXI Center session in encrypted form. With the IXI Bridge plugin active, the customer (or tuner) pastes the Session UUID into the wizard — the portal pulls the binary out of the IXI session as a ready-to-edit file, your tuner produces the modified version inside the portal, and the portal pushes the tuned file back into the SAME IXI session for re-encryption and re-flashing on the customer’s tool. No file upload from the customer, no email handover, no manual decrypt step on the bench, no plaintext slave file leaving the loop. The Session UUID is the only thing that changes hands.
Can I take payment in my local currency?
Yes. Display currency is set per locale; Stripe / PayPal / Mercado Pago / Razorpay each settle in your bank’s currency. EU VAT, reverse-charge, multi-rate — all built in.
Does it work with Telegram and WhatsApp?
Yes. The Telegram bot pushes new-request alerts into your tuner team chat and accepts commands to claim, complete or revise a file. WhatsApp click-to-chat is on every file-request page; outbound notifications run via your WhatsApp Business or Twilio backbone.
How do updates work?
In-app Update Center. One click. The portal applies the patch, runs database migrations, clears caches, and rolls back automatically if a health check fails. Zero downtime on a typical update.
Can I migrate from my current portal?
Yes — for free, on early-adopter licenses. We accept CSV, SQL dump, or anything you can export from BenSky / MyTuningPortal / ChipTuningPortal. Our team imports customers, files, invoices and credits. Typically completed within 48 hours.
What if I get stuck during installation?
Free install is included — we’ll deploy it on your server for you. If you’d rather DIY, the 7-step wizard handles everything; engineer support answers via WhatsApp or email if something breaks.
Is TunerSuite only for master & slave networks?
No. It runs as a standalone single-shop portal out of the box, and one license covers all six business modes — solo tuner, tuner team, workshop / dyno centre, file provider, master network hub and sub-dealer. Switch from settings whenever your business changes, or run several modes at once. The dealer network is an optional mode, not the product.
What does the £49.99/month cover, and what happens if I stop paying it?
It covers every update on the day it ships, security patches and hardening, and email support. On our hosting it is included in every plan; on your own server it is charged only in a month you deliver ten files or more. There is no per-file fee and no commission. If you stop paying it, your portal keeps running with your files and your customers, because the £699 buys a perpetual licence you own; what you lose is updates, patches and support.
Does it work with WinOLS?
Yes — alongside it. You keep tuning in WinOLS or any editor you already own; the portal never tries to drive your editor. What it automates is everything around the tuning: identifying the upload, decrypting locked slave files through your master account, keeping the ori + mod pair on every request and revision, then re-encrypting, delivering, billing and notifying. No WinOLS licence is required for the portal itself.

AI Relay · on request
Ask your own archive whether you have already done this file
Every busy shop is sitting on a question it cannot ask: have we done this one before? The projects are there — years of them, on a workstation, a drive, a NAS in the corner. The answer is inside them and there has never been a way to ask. The AI Relay is a small program that runs on the machine holding those projects. It reads them where they are and answers your portal. Nothing is uploaded to run a search. Your files stay on your machine until you click.
1A read landsCustomer uploads, or you drop a file on the library page.
2The portal asksA question goes out to your machine over its own signed channel.
3Your machine readsIt looks through your own projects, on your own disk, and answers.
4You get an answerWhat was done, on which car, in which project — or a plain “nothing here”.
Why a checksum cannot answer this
The same car looks like two files
One physical ECU read with two different tools produces two different binaries — different length, different padding, different checksum. To anything comparing hashes they are unrelated. That is why searching your folders by checksum finds almost nothing, and why shops fall back on memory and folder names.
So it reads the identity the ECU carries
Every image carries marks the manufacturer stamped into it: the software number in each flash bank, the hardware number, the descriptor block near the end. The tuner did not type those in — the ECU put them there. Two reads of one car disagree about nearly everything and agree about that. No map definitions and no damos are needed.
What it did on a real archive
Not a demo set. A working shop’s archive of 167 delivered jobs — real originals and the real files that went back to the cars — with a control group, because a system that guesses is a system you stop trusting after the second bad guess.
167 / 167files found their own work back
40 / 40unrelated files made zero false claims
72.2%byte agreement where the identity matched
against a 21.4% control group
1 in 6arriving jobs the shop had already finished
That last figure is the one worth sitting with. Twenty-nine of those 167 files were work the shop already owned and could not find. One identity alone linked nine files no checksum could connect. Where the identity matched fully, a 2 MB read sat inside an 8 MB read as one intact block — nine chunks out of nine — so a bench read and an OBD read of the same car stop being two unrelated problems.
Two doors, on purpose
The automatic one
Runs itself when a file arrives, on the fingerprint and the numbers in the binary. It is strict, because whatever it finds can be acted on. It would rather say nothing than say something wrong — and when a machine is asleep it tells you that, instead of pretending the archive is empty.
The typed one
A search box over your whole archive: software number, hardware number, part number, make and model. A person typed it and a person reads every line, so a loose guess is allowed here — and the two never share a code path, so neither can quietly loosen the other.
You see the projects, not just a yes
Each answer opens into what that project actually holds: its versions, what was changed in each, the part numbers and the text the ECU carries. Enough to decide whether to reuse it before anything is transferred.
The bytes move only when you say so
A search sends questions and gets back descriptions. The file itself crosses only when you click to bring it over — and it lands in your portal library through the same intake as any other file, so it is priced, logged and delivered exactly like your own work.
One machine can serve more than one portal
A master and its sub-dealer portals can each be paired to the same workshop machine, each with its own pairing that the owner can revoke from either end.
It updates itself, and it can be told to wait
New versions arrive from your portal, verified before they are applied, with a rollback if one does not settle — and a machine that is busy with a job postpones the update rather than dropping the work.
Who it is for — and who it is not for
Worth it if…
You have years of projects on your own hardware, more than one person tunes, and the same cars keep coming back. The bigger and older the archive, the more of your queue is a question it can answer. Shops that took over another shop’s back catalogue are the clearest case of all.
Not worth it if…
You started this year, or you keep almost nothing. There is no shortcut in it: it does not write a calibration, it does not tell you a file is safe, and it will not find work you never did. It answers one question — have we been here before, and where are the notes.
Available on request
There is no buy button on this one, deliberately. Pointing it at years of projects is a real setup job and it is different in every shop — different tools, different folder habits, different volume. Tell us roughly how big your archive is and what you tune with, and we will tell you honestly whether it will help you, including if the answer is no. Talk to us about the AI Relay →
AI File Match · inside the match
How a match is actually found — and what it saves you
The modes, the gates and the undo window are described further up this page. This is the part underneath them: what the portal compares, in what order it looks, and where the money goes when it finds something. Because the saving is not really the tuning time. It is the vendor bill.
Three ways a file is recognised
Tier 1
The same bytes
The file is byte-for-byte one you have handled before. Certain, and the only tier the strictest settings will let through on their own. Common in a shop with dealers: the same read gets sent up twice by two different people.
Tier 2
The same software and hardware
Different tool, different wrapper, different byte count — same factory ECU, same calibration. This is the tier that earns its keep, because it is the one a checksum can never see. A locked file from one vendor tool is matched to a plain bench read of the same ECU.
Tier 3
The same software only
Same ECU program, possibly a different hardware revision. Deliberately a suggestion, not a delivery: it is surfaced to the tuner with its score and its reason, and a person decides. Useful reference material, not an answer.
Where the portal looks, in order
1Your own libraryEverything this portal has ever tuned. Instant, and it costs nothing.
2Smart CacheCompatible files already on the TunerSuite Network. Still no vendor call.
3The vendor toolThe decrypt that actually costs money — reached only when the first two found nothing.
Vendor decryption is billed per file, not per portal and not per month. The waterfall exists so that step is reached once for any given file, ever. The second customer to send the same read costs you nothing to serve — and neither does the fifth dealer under a master who all sell the same popular engine.
What you stop paying for
The repeat decrypt of a file the network has already opened. The hour of tuning a car you tuned in March. The evening a customer waits because the only person who can do that ECU is asleep — the portal delivers, charges and closes the request without anybody at the desk.
What you never stop paying for
Real work. A car nobody on the network has touched still goes to a human tuner, and should. Nothing here writes a calibration. The honest description is narrow on purpose: it re-delivers work that already exists, safely, and refuses the rest.
The wrapper is not the file
A locked slave file is matched on what is inside it, then re-encrypted for the customer’s own tool on the way back out. The customer receives something their tool will flash; they never see, and never need, the plain binary in the middle.
A mislabelled stage is caught before it ships
The modifications on a candidate are compared against the modifications on the request, exactly — not approximately. A Stage 1 file cannot be delivered to a Stage 2 request, and that particular check cannot be switched off in the settings.
Auto-detect fills the form in for you
The binary is read on upload for its VIN, software and hardware numbers and ECU family, and the vehicle is proposed from what the portal has seen before. Fewer wrong makes and models typed in by customers means fewer files that arrive as a puzzle.
Every refusal has a reason you can read
When a byte-identical match is not delivered, the panel names which check stopped it and why. Silence would be worse than a refusal — an operator who cannot see why the system declined starts overriding it blind.
Where the matches come from on day one
Everything above describes a library that grows as you work. But most shops are not starting from nothing — they are starting from a desktop map editor with years of work already in it, sitting on one PC, helping nobody.
Your archive is the library
Every original you ever read is already paired with the tune you saved on it. That pairing is exactly what AI File Match needs. Library Import brings an ECM Titanium archive across: a small tool reads your projects folder, pairs each original with the tunes saved against it, files them by make and model, and hands the result to your portal’s library.
Read-only, and it tells you first
Your archive is opened read-only — nothing in it is moved, renamed or changed. A scan pass runs before anything is imported and reports what it can and cannot read, so you see the real picture before a single file lands. Anything unreadable is set aside with the reason and the run carries on.
Your names, not ours
Every modification name used across your archive — EGR, AdBlue, DPF, Stage 1, fault codes, whatever you call them — is mapped once onto your portal’s own list. Nothing is guessed per file and nothing new is invented in your settings.
Then it behaves like any other job
Once imported there is no second class of file. A job from years ago is fingerprinted, carries its software and hardware numbers, and is matched, gated and delivered exactly like one taken this morning — including to your dealers.
Library Import is run as a guided import with us rather than a button you press alone, because the mapping step needs your names and the scan needs reading before anything is committed. It is quoted on the size of the archive. Talk to us about bringing your archive over →
Bench automation · on request
Send the job to the bench and get the file back already checked
This is the far end of the same road. Once your portal can ask your archive what it holds, the next question is obvious: if the work is in there, can the machine do the transfer? On a paired workshop machine it can. The portal hands over the original, a Lua automation script drives WinOLS on your own machine to bring the earlier work across, and the exported file comes back to the request with its checks beside it.
1You press the buttonOn the request, with the modifications the customer actually ordered.
2The bench takes itYour machine collects the original and the order over its own signed channel.
3WinOLS does the workA Lua script picks a donor from your archive, imports its changes and exports the result.
4It comes back checkedThe file arrives beside its verification — and stops there.
5You decideYou read the result and click Deliver. Nothing reaches the customer without that click.
The order travels with the file
The modifications on the request go to the bench as the actual instruction. A donor version that does not carry exactly that set is refused rather than substituted — so a Stage 1 order never comes back as Stage 1 plus a DPF delete somebody else happened to want. When it refuses, it says what was ordered and what was available.
Your bench stays your bench
WinOLS and the Lua script that drives it run on your machine, under your own WinOLS licence, on a local port that never faces the internet. The paired relay is the only thing on that computer with a channel to your portal, and it is the only thing that talks to it.
The honest version of what a transfer can do
Moving finished work onto a different read of the same ECU is not magic and the numbers depend entirely on what you call “the same”. Measured over 167 real original-and-tuned pairs: grouped loosely by ECU family, the edits land in the right place about 16% of the time — an ECU in a van and one in an estate car share a chip, not a program. Grouped by the genuine calibration, the same measurement reads 96%. That is the whole story: identity first, then the transfer. It works when your archive actually holds a donor on that calibration, and it declines when it does not.
It refuses in its own words
A failed run comes back with the reason the tool itself gave and the job reference on that machine, so you can open the log there. An empty failure helps nobody.
It does not hold your queue
Work on a bench takes minutes, so the button returns immediately and the request tells you where the job is: waiting, running, finished with its verification, or refused. Nothing in your portal sits blocked while a machine thinks.
Discard leaves no trace
If you do not want the result, discarding removes the file from the machine and the job from the portal. Customer binaries do not accumulate on somebody’s workstation.
Also on request
The portal side ships as part of the platform; the bench side is set up with you, on your hardware, with your WinOLS installation and your archive.
