3 articles

What is Stage 1 tuning?

Stage 1 is the safest level of ECU remapping — it works within the stock hardware safety limits of your engine and turbocharger. We optimize ignition timing, boost pressure, and fueling. Torque-model protections, overboost safeguards, and thermal limits are kept intact.

Do you offer DPF, EGR and AdBlue solutions?

We offer off-road solutions for DPF, EGR, and AdBlue systems. Please ensure these modifications comply with your local laws.

Do you support TCU tuning?

Yes, we provide gearbox tuning (DSG, ZF, etc.) for faster shifts, torque limit removal, and launch control.

Payments & Credits

3 articles

How do credits work?

You purchase credit packages (e.g., 10, 50, 100). Each file service costs a certain amount of credits. Credits never expire.

What if my file has issues?

We resolve issues through unlimited free revisions for the same stage. If a file genuinely cannot be made to work, we credit your account so you can use those credits on a new request — no questions asked.

Is payment secure?

Yes, all credit purchases are processed securely via Stripe/PayPal through WooCommerce. We do not store card details.

3 articles

How do I request a revision?

If you need adjustments, go to the request in your dashboard and click 'Manage' > 'Request Revision'. Revisions are free for the same stage.

What if the car has a fault code?

Please provide the specific P-code (e.g., P0401) in your request or revision note so we can address it directly.

Do you offer dyno support?

We can adjust files based on your dyno logs. Please attach logs and graphs to your revision request.
