We run a file service on software we wrote. Other file services run on it too.
TUNING DATABASE tunes ECU files for drivers and workshops, and builds TunerSuite, the portal our own file service runs on. We license it to other chiptuning businesses under their own names, and we would rather work with them than against them.

TunerSuite, your own file portal
A £699 licence for a portal under your name, on your domain, at your prices. Hosted by us with maintenance included from £49.99 a month, or on your own server.
After the licence, maintenance is £49.99 a month: included in every hosting plan, and on your own server charged only in a month you deliver 10 files or more.
Custom development for file services
When a file service needs more than the box: a feature built around how you work, a tool or system joined to your portal, or a website that sells straight into it (£300–£1,000, hosted free).
Each project is quoted before we start.
Partners, not competitors
Most file services treat each other as competition. We think a busy file service, a file service with dealers, and one that needs a hand on a Saturday all do better working together, so the platform is built for it.
Your name on everything
TunerSuite is fully white-label. Your customers see your business on every page, email and invoice, from the first visit to the last file. They never see us.
A portal for each of your dealers
A file service can run its dealers on TunerSuite. Each dealer gets a portal under the dealer's own brand, and the files come back to you.
A hand when you are busy
Too busy, or not your car? Send a file on from your portal: our engineers tune it for £19.99, or another TunerSuite file service does. What you charge your customer is your business.
Finished work that helps the next shop
When a car has been tuned before, AI File Match can offer that file, from your own work first and then compatible files from other TunerSuite file services, checked before it is sent.
Built with the people who use it
TunerSuite changes because the shops on it, and their customers, tell us what gets in their way. That feedback is the plan.
1. A shop tells us
On WhatsApp, by email or inside the portal. Often it is something their own customer ran into.
2. We build it
A fix is usually out within days. A bigger request is planned with the shops that asked for it.
3. Our own file service first
Every release runs on our own file service first, with real customers and real files, before it reaches anyone else.
4. Then every portal
It reaches every TunerSuite portal with a plain list of what changed.

Simple for the person holding the laptop
The driver who wants more from their car, the workshop with a queue, and the technician in a farmyard doing a DPF on a tractor all use the same upload form. It should not need a manual.
- One form for any vehicle: cars and vans, trucks and buses, tractors, motorbikes, boats and machines.
- Find the vehicle by typing it, or in the UK by its registration.
- Read it with the tool you already own. A plain bench or boot read goes in plain and comes back plain; only a locked file is decrypted, and it is encrypted again on the way back.
- Every file comes back checksum corrected and ready to write, and it is corrected free until it is right.
Prices that stay put
The prices are on the site, the same for everyone, not behind a sales call. Only custom work is quoted.
