All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods and services:

  • No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are accepted once delivery has occurred.
  • Delivery includes account creation, password provision, access to files, or download availability.
  • Incompatibility with your system, user error, changes in your requirements, or dissatisfaction do not qualify for refunds.
  • We will assist with technical issues, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund or reversal.

5. Updates and Feature Changes

Our software and services may receive updates, patches, or feature changes after purchase. Temporary downtime, delays in updates, or changes in functionality do not constitute non-delivery or grounds for refunds.

6. Support and Limitations

  • Support is available for 14 days post-purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • No guarantee is made for compatibility with all hardware, operating systems, or third-party software.
  • Issues arising from antivirus alerts, firewall restrictions, or customer-side configuration are not our responsibility.

7. Proof of Delivery & Dispute Defense

We maintain logs of account creation, login activity, file downloads, and communications. These records serve as proof of delivery and may be used in defending against disputes or chargebacks.

8. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility and functionality before purchase. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed product details and tested any available demos or compatibility tools where applicable.

9. Contact Before Dispute

By purchasing, you agree to contact us directly and allow reasonable time to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHIPTuning Database shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

12. Security Notice

Our software operates at a low-level binary manipulation process, which may trigger antivirus or security software alerts. This is a normal occurrence for legitimate tuning software. Customers may use virtual machines or isolated environments for reassurance.
